We can bring about change: From confidence to the playground of dreams

The morning of the Pechakola community started naturally that day, as every day begins in people's daily lives. As the day progressed, I met them while the teenagers and youth members of the community were spending their time in their own way. After meeting them, I noticed that they were roaming around in different places. Then I sat down with them and asked them about…See More

How did you know about Constellation community?
I learned about the Constellation community through my work as a SALT facilitator. The principles and practices of the Constellation approach, particularly in fostering local solutions and promoting collaborative learning, resonate with the values of the SALT project. Engaging with other practitioners and resources related to community development has further deepened my understanding of how Constellation can empower communities and enhance collective impact.

About Me:
I am Bayazid Bostami, a SALT facilitator working on the SALT project at BRED. My primary goal is to empower communities through self-reflection, learning, and collaboration to address challenges effectively. I believe that everyone has their own strengths and potential, which, when guided appropriately, can bring about positive change in society.
My dream:
One day, every child in Bangladesh will step into a world of learning where their curiosity is nurtured, creativity is allowed to flourish, and they are shaped to become the leaders of tomorrow. This light of education will brighten their minds and empower them to be forces of change in society.
I'm proud of:
I am proud to work in the development sector because it directly impacts people's lives, empowers the disadvantaged, and moves towards building an equitable and sustainable future.

Our Community, Our Initiative

Posted on February 26, 2026 at 12:22pm 1 Comment

February 21st was the International Mother Language Day of our country. Once upon a time, it was unthinkable that the Pechakola community would celebrate this day in this way. But this time, the community's adolescent Jamuna team made the impossible possible by doing that work.

They said that earlier they had not even thought of organizing it…

The future in the voices of children

Posted on February 19, 2026 at 10:07am 1 Comment

When we go to the community to do SALT, we often see children coming and going. Most of the time, children are seen moving here and there. Later, we tried to bring out their dreams,…

Now, there is a gradual change in that place, and this discussion was an example of that.…
