What kind of facilitators will you appoint to work on the SALT and CLCP approaches?

I am Shanti Rambai from Ashirbad Organaization , I am sharing my little experience with you. When an Organization conducts an interview, what kind of questions are usually asked? Or what qualifications are specially considered in the case of recruitment, most of us already know. For example an employee must have a higher degree, be smart, proficient in English and computer. And have a least two to three years of experience, among many other things. If the interview goes well, theâ€Ļ

I am Shanti Rambari Bangladesh from Arshirbad Organization. Our Organization works with the backward, marginalized, Dalit and untouchable Harijan communities of the society. Our organization is a Community Based Organization (CBO). GFC selected 6 organizations to work on SALT (support, appreciation, listening-learning) and CLCP (Community Life Skills Process) approaches in ARC initiative in Bangladesh. My organization was among the 6 organizations. When I first went to Dhaka forâ€Ļ

The SALT CLCP method (Community Life Skills Process), which is based on support, appreciation, listening-learning and transfer, can be closely related to the core concepts of power, influence and trust discussed in the course. This process is designed to enable communities to take ownership of their challenges and solutions, which is consistent with the principles of trust-building, relational power and leadership adaptability.

ARC South Asia Convening 2025. This program was not a static program. It was exciting, educational, enjoyable and participatory. It became an attractive gathering with the participation of representatives of donor and partner organizations from different countries. The reason why this convening was so beautiful and meaningful is the SALT and CLCP approach.

There was no competition here. Everyone proved themselves to be a good listener. They were always ready to learn and teach.â€Ļ
