ARC South Asia Convening 2025. This program was not a static program. It was exciting, educational, enjoyable and participatory. It became an attractive gathering with the participation of representatives of donor and partner organizations from different countries. The reason why this convening was so beautiful and meaningful is the SALT and CLCP approach.

There was no competition here. Everyone proved themselves to be a good listener. They were always ready to learn and teach. However, from my perspective, I saw a good soul in each one. Today, I want to appreciate everyone in my writing what I saw in them. Monica from Nepal is a lively girl. Sociable. Monica is like a candle. She illuminated everyone with her own light. Those came from India, among them,

I want to talk about Vaibhav first. He is an open book. It was easy to know and understand him. As a director of an organization, he has been able to present himself in a flexible manner in front of everyone. This is a great quality. Bappa has shown himself to be very simple, humble and polite.

Dhiraj is a good human being. Culturally minded. Polite and intelligent. He can write wonderfully.

Anuradha is an inspirational name. An inspiration for many women. A hardworking, courageous woman who does not give up.

Dalia is a flower name, but she is that blooming flower that does not easily fall in a storm. She knows how to hold herself together everywhere. She is also sociable.

Shrishti comes from Nepal. She has a beautiful, soft heart. With which she can make everyone feel at home. It can be said to be sociable. Indrani is a civilized, social, polite woman. Who is associated with the safeguard policy. So she carries it in her life. A reliable sister who gives security.

Rodri comes from Mexico. What can I say about him? I can't think. In a word, Super. Who sees God's created people as people. Not as women, not men. An expert in eliminating discrimination.

Becca comes from America. She looks like my sister. I found my sister in her. A very intelligent woman. Polite and simple.

Tan came from Thailand. Very calm and polite. He is extraordinary as a director of the organization. Beaw also comes from Thailand. She has extraordinary talent. A very simple but hardworking and kind-hearted woman.

Tyas came from America. She looks very sweet. Always smiling. Nowadays, very few people can smile due to work pressure or circumstances. But she has maintained this as her own quality. Patient. Sociable. She has a beautiful mind.

There are three more, Farhan, who has a beautiful mind and a good heart. The other two were cameramen and interpreters. I would call them in one word extraordinary service providers. You must have seen the movie. We are not happy to watch a full movie.

But the people who work hard behind it are rarely talked about or praised. However, the two who worked day and night to make this convening so beautiful, valuable, understandable and easy. They are Nawaz Bhai and Ritu. Nawaz Bhai is a good listener, humble, respectful and polite. I want to say about Ritu that she has a beautiful soul. Which God Himself has given inside her. And Ritu is nurturing it. Carrying it. Ritu is hardworking and patient.

If I talk about Bangladesh Cohot, a book will be written. When did we become a family? In this Cohot, some are playing the role of sister, some are playing the role of mother, some are playing the role of brother. Complementing each other. This has only been possible because of the regular SALT conversations among ourselves. In Cohort, we always appreciate each other. We listen and work as a team. Now we have joined the India Nepal Peearo Bandhan.

Finally, I want to say that I have seen some common things in everyone. Like a soft and good heart inside each one. Good listener, patient. Everyone knows how to respect everyone. Which plays an important role for SALT conversations. If we approach SALT and CLCP in this way in our lives, families, communities and societies, it will gradually become a network in the whole world. Now it has become South Asia. Then we will get many such good souls from different parts of the world. Those souls will create a different habitable world. Just like God who created the heavens and the earth in the beginning. We will be able to love people the way God loves people.

ARC South Asia Convening 2025. এই প্রোগ্রামটি একটি গতবাঁধা প্রোগ্রাম ছিলো না। এটি ছিলো আন্দদায়ক, শিক্ষনীয়, উপভোগ‍্য ও অংশগ্রহণমূলক। বিভিন্ন দেশ থেকে আসা ডোনার, পার্টনার সংস্থার প্রতিনিধিদের অংশগ্রহনে হয়ে উঠেছিল একটি আর্কষনীয় মিলনমেলা। এই কনভেনিংটি এত সুন্দর ও অর্থপূণ হওয়ার কারণ হচ্ছে SALT ও CLCP এপ্রোচ। এখানে কোন প্রতিযোগিতা ছিলোনা। প্রত‍্যেকে নিজেকে একজন ভালো শ্রুতা হিসেবে প্রমান করেছে। শিখতে এবং শিখাতে তারা সর্বদা প্রস্তুত ছিলো। তবে আমি আমার অন্তদৃষ্টি থেকে প্রত‍্যেকের ভিতর একটি ভালো আত্মা দেখতে পেয়েছিলাম। আজকে আমি আমার লিখনীতে প্রত‍্যেকের জন‍্য প্রশংসা করতে চাই যা আমি তাদের ভিতর দেখেছি। নেপাল থেকে আসা মনিকা একটি চঞ্চল মেয়ে। মিশুক। Monica একটি মোমবাতির মত। সে তার নিজস্ব আলো দিয়ে সকলকে আলোকিত করেছে। ইন্ডিয়া থেকে যারা এসেছিলেন, তাদের মধ‍্যে প্রথমে আমি Vaibhav সম্পর্কে বলতে চাই। তিনি একটা খোলা বই। তাকে জানা ও বুঝা সহজ ছিলো। একজন সংস্থার পরিচালক হিসেবে সে নিজেকে সকলের সামনে নমনীয় ভাবে তুলে ধরতে পেরেছেন। এটি একটি বড় গুন। Bappa খুব সাধারণ নম্র ও ভদ্র হিসেবে নিজেকে ফুটিয়ে তুলেছে। Dhiraj একটি গুনি ছেলে। সাংস্কৃতিকমনা। ভদ্র ও বুদ্ধিমান। সে লিখতে পারে অসাধারন। Anuradha একটি অনুপ্রেরণার নাম। অনেক নারীদের জন‍্য অনুপ্রেরণা। পরিশ্রমী হার না মানা একজন সাহসী নারী। Dalia যদিও একটি ফুলের নাম। তবে তিনি সেই ফুটন্ত ফুল যা সহজে ঝড়ে পরে না। নিজেকে ধরে রাখতে জানে সর্বত্র। তিনিও মিশুক। Shrishti নেপাল থেকে এসেছেন। তার সুন্দর একটি নরম মন আছে। যা দিয়ে সকলকে আপন করে নিতে পারে । মিশুক বলা যায়। Indrani একজন সুশীল সামাজিক ভদ্র নারী। যিনি সেভগার্ড পলিসি সাথে যুক্ত। তাই তিনি তার জীবনে এটা ধারন করেন। একজন নিরাপত্তা দানকারী বিশ্বস্ত বোন। Rodri এসেছে Mexico থেকে। তার সম্পর্কে কি বলবো। ভেবে পাচ্ছি না। এক কথায় Super. যিনি ঈশ্বরের তৈরী মানুষ কে মানুষ হিসেবে দেখেন। নারী, পুরুষ হিসেবে না। বৈষম্য দূর করার কারিগর। আমেরিকা থেকে এসেছেন Beka। দেখতে আমার বোন এর মত। আমি আমার বোনকে ওর মাঝে খুজে পেয়েছিলাম। খুবই বুদ্ধিমত্তা সম্পন্ন একজন নারী। ভদ্র ও সহজ সরল। Tan এসেছিলেন থাইল্যান্ড থেকে। খুবই শান্ত ও ভদ্র। সংস্থার পরিচালক হিসেবে তিনি অসাধারণ। Beaw তিনিও থাইল্যান্ড থেকে এসেছেন। অসাধারণ প্রতিভা উনার। খুবই সাধারণ কিন্তু পরিশ্রমী ও ভালো মনের অধিকারীনী একজন নারী। Tyas তিনি এসেছেন আমেরিকা থেকে। তিনি দেখতে খুব মিষ্টি। সদা হাস‍্যজ্জ্বল। আজকাল কাজের চাপে বা পরিস্থিতির কারণে খুব কম মানুষ হাসতে পারে। তবে তিনি এটা ধরে রেখেছেন তার নিজের গুনে। ধৈর্যশীল। মিশুক। তার সুন্দর একটি মন আছে। আরো তিনজন হচ্ছেন Farhan যার সুন্দর মন, ভালো হৃদয় আছে। অপর দুজন ক‍্যামেরাম‍্যান ও ইন্টারপেটার ছিলেন। তাদের কে আমি এক কথায় অসাধারণ সেবাদানকারী বলবো। আপনারা সিনেমা দেখেছেন নিশ্চয়ই। আমরা একটি ফুল মুভি দেখে আনন্দ নেই। কিন্তু এর পিছনে যারা পরিশ্রম করে তাদের কথা বা প্রশংসা খুব কম করা হয়। তবে এই কনভেনিং কে এত সুন্দর মূল‍্যবান, বোধগম্য ও সহজসরল করার জন‍্য যে দুজন দিন রাত পরিশ্রম করে গেছেন। তারা হচ্ছেন একজন নওয়াজ ভাই, অপরজন রিতু। নওয়াজ ভাই ভালো শ্রুতা, বিনয়ী, নম্র, শ্রদ্ধাশীল ও ভদ্র। রিতু সম্পর্কে বলতে চাই উনার একটি সুন্দর আত্মা আছে। যেটা স্বয় ঈশ্বর নিজে তার ভিতরে দিয়েছেন। আর রিতু সেটাকে লালন করছেন। বহন করছেন। রিতু পরিশ্রমী ও ধৈর্য্যশীল। বাংলাদেশ কোহট সম্পর্কে বললে একটি বই লেখা হয়ে যাবে। কখন জানি আমরা একটি পরিবার হয়ে উঠেছি। এই কোহটে কেউ বোন কেউ মা, কেউ ভাই এর রোল প্লে করছে। একে অপরের পরিপূরক। এটা শুধুমাত্র সম্ভব হয়েছে নিজেদের মধ‍্যে প্রতি নিয়ত SALT কনভারশেশনের কারণে। কোহটে আমরা একে অপরকে প্রতি নিয়ত এপ্রিসিয়েট করে থাকি। আমরা শুনি ও টিম ওর্য়াক কাজ করি। এখন আমরা ইন্ডিয়া নেপাল পিয়ারোবন্ধন এর সাথে যুক্ত হয়েছি। শেষে বলতে চাই আমি সবার ভিতর কমন কিছু জিনিস দেখেছি। যেমন প্রত‍্যের ভিতর নরম ভালো একটি হৃদয়। ভালো শ্রুতা, ধৈর্যশীল। সকলে সকলে সম্মান দিতে জানে।যেটি SALT কনভারশেশনের জন‍্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে থাকে। যদি আমরা এভাবেই নিজের জীবনে, পরিবারে, কমিউনিটিতে ও সমাজে SALT ও CLCP এপ্রোচ করি, তা ধীরে ধীরে পুরো পৃথিবীতে একটি নেটওয়ার্ক হবে। এখন সাউথ এশিয়া হয়েছে। তখন আমরা পৃথিবীর বিভিন্ন প্রান্ত থেকে এমন অনেক ভালো আত্মা পাবো। যেই আত্মাগুলো অন্যরকম একটি বসবাস যোগ‍্য পৃথিবী গড়ে তুলবে। ঈশ্বর যিনি শুরুতে স্বর্গ ও পৃথিবী যেমন সৃষ্টি করেছিলেন। ঈশ্বর মানুষকে যেমনভাবে ভালোবাসেন আমরাও তেমন ভালোবাসতে পারবো।
