Dear Friends,

A request from the Mauritius team, Joke and Sanghamitra. The project is moving forward with new challenges and new excitements on our way.

Who can give a concrete example of how SALT helped a commercial company to achieve better results with teamwork? Your story or business case could really help us here to make some good links, so don't hesitate to share :-)

Warm greetings from Mauritius to all!

Great to see you join us Jean!

I have been working as an independant coach/consultant in Belgium since 1991 and I have met the inspirational Rituu in 2009 (during the world AI conference in Nepal).

Hope to share, connect in common dream and mutually become even more inspired.

Thank you Rituu for your warm welcome. I live in Columbia, Md, USA. I am thrilled to join this community and look forward to connecting our strengths to support business contributions for positive change in our one dear and precious world.

It is my dream that we may lean in, co-create and scale up a world of inherent worth and dignity for all - interconnected and flourishing. It has never been enough that life is "good for me." I am a passionate advocate for people and organizations to access and activate our collective wisdom and strengths. Together we co-create the learning landscapes that address even the most challenging circumstances.

Since 1993, I have worked as a consultant through my own business, Joklik and Associates, LLC. We create training and performance support solutions that align organizations and people to achieve desired results in business and in life. If curious to learn more, I invite you to visit my website www.joklik.com

As part of the AI certification process that Rituu mentioned when she introduced me, I completed three appreciative interviews for Business as an Agent for World Benefit. It was so inspiring to find qualified business and have those conversations! You can learn more here, and even participate if you are also inspired:  http://worldinquiry.case.edu/about.cfm

Thanks Rituu!
Inspiring story from Cooperrider;
I love the idea of creating islands of peace;
And, yes, businesses have more and more models to do that; combined with inspiration, it can do great things!
Nice Sunday to all!
