De Indische buurt in Amsterdam kreeg ruim vijf jaar geleden de twijfelachtig eer toebedeeld tot de 20 slechtste wijken van Nederland te horen. Criminaliteit, armoede, ellende joegen autochtone Nederlanders de buurt uit.
