Our stories (blogs): how and what to post

Blogs provide a space to members for sharing their experience with local response to an issue and also their experience wiht the facilitation of local response.  Articles, studies and other research papers can be shared in Press corner which is under the tab  Forums. We call the blog section 'Our stories'.

In the 'Our stories' section, you will find all blog postings of individual members. https://aidscompetence.ning.com/profiles/blog/list

You can write your own blog by going to the link above
- click on '+Add Blog posting'
- fill in a title, the text.

-       You can paste the text in Plain text to remove formatting

-       You can add a link, image or attach a file

-       Thereafter you can add tags like geographical region, type of organisation (community/NGO/UN/CBO), practice in self assessment, or tool of Community life competence. Tags are important because they allow other users to easily find your blog.

-       Finally, click on preview which will open in a  new window. If you are satisfied click on publish or make edits as required.

-       In privacy and comments, you may choose that everyone can view the post and everyone can post comments.

-       When you write on your blog, this will automatically appear in the blogs page.

-       You are welcome to write a blog in your language.

Nos histoires (blogs): Que publier et comment?

Les blogs offrent aux membres un espace pour partager leur expérience de réponse locale à un problème et leur expérience de facilitation de la réponse locale. Articles, études et autres documents de recherche peuvent être partagés dans le Press Corner qui est sous l'onglet REQUESTS. Les blogs se trouvent sous l'onglet OUR STORIES:

Pour publier votre expérience :

- Rendez-vous à l’adresse http://aidscompetence.ning.com/profiles/blog/list

- Cliquez en haut à droite sur «+ Add».
- Écrivez un titre dans le cadre en dessous de Post Title et le texte en dessous de Entry.

- Vous pouvez ajouter un lien, une image ou joindre un fichier (voir les icônes au-dessus du cadre prévu pour le texte).

- Par la suite, vous pouvez ajouter des mots-clés (Tags), par exemple, le thème abordé,  la zone géographique, le type d'organisation (communauté / ONG / ONU / OSC), la pratique de l'auto-évaluation mise en œuvre, ou l’outil du processus de la compétence communautaire pour la vie utilisé. Les tags sont importants car ils permettent aux autres utilisateurs de trouver facilement votre blog.

- Pour avoir un aperçu de votre publication, cliquez sur Preview en bas à droite.

- Pour publier cliquer sur Publish Post, également en bas à droite de la page. Votre blog apparaîtra automatiquement dans la page OUR STORIES.

- Dans Privacy & Comments, vous pouvez choisir si tout le monde peut voir le poste (Everyone) ou seulement vos amis (Just My Friends) ou vous-même (Just Me). Vous pouvez aussi choisir qui peut commenter votre publication.

- Nous vous invitons à écrire dans votre langue.

I visited ACVS in Bujumbura I appreciated the goupe and  learned a lot from members who insisted by saying:'we are only carrier and not seekpeople, we have strenth to do any work to look after our families.
