How did you know about Constellation community?
I learned about the Constellation community through my work as a SALT facilitator. The principles and practices of the Constellation approach, particularly in fostering local solutions and promoting collaborative learning, resonate with the values of the SALT project. About Me:
I am Bayazid Bostami, a SALT facilitator working on the SALT project at BRED. My primary goal is to empower communities through self-reflection, learning, and collaboration to address challenges effectively. I believe that everyone has their own strengths and potential, which, when guided appropriately, can bring about positive change in society.
My dream:
One day, every child in Bangladesh will step into a world of learning where their curiosity is nurtured, creativity is allowed to flourish, and they are shaped to become the leaders of tomorrow. This light of education will brighten their minds and empower them to be forces of change in society.
I'm proud of:
I am proud to work in the development sector because it directly impacts people's lives, empowers the disadvantaged, and moves towards building an equitable and sustainable future.
