Lors de ma première journée de formateur, voilà ce que j'ai appris :

" même dans les situations de formation, nous devons nous considérer comme des facilitateurs et continuer à questionner la communauté sur ce qu'elle propose pour sa solution. Dans ce sens nous sommes moins formateur que facilitateur et toujours en attente d'une réponse potentiellement nouvelle, différente....garder cette aptitude a accueillir et a questionner l'endroit ou est la communauté dans son désir…
