I am Shanti Rambari, Chairman of Arshibad Organization. My friend Saruwar is person with disability. Saruwar had to amputate one of his legs due to polio when he was young. Saruwar has a small beautiful family with two sons and a wife. In his personal life, Saruwar is a social, humane person.
