It can also be a  microscope.which you can see the big problems in the deep of the society are stuck in small ones.  Well you are not wondering who invented this device again.  Where to find it?     we have  That is SALT.  SALT is an observatory through which one can see and understand the strengths, problems, in short, the good and the bad that are hidden deep within society.  I can't believe it.  So listen a few days ago Arshirbad organization conducted a group salt conversation with some children and adolescent girls.  They have been able to speak their minds here.  They have been good trusted friends of each other.  As they are empowered by sharing their good stories.  Similarly, they talked about some people and problems of the society, which were beyond imagination.  out of mind  What do we usually do?  If someone thinks about the society or wants to work for the development of the society what do they do, identify various problems.  As it works in socio-economic development.  Can anyone go deeper?  Can identify, how much is hidden deep in the society.  We couldn't either.  But we got that device.  From what we saw, we learned a lot.  SALT conversations if you do them from the heart.  But you'll also get the microscope.Through which you can know many hidden information inside people.  You will become a researcher.  Then you can root out all the problems.

আমরা ছোট থেকে যেখানে বসবাস করি সেই জায়গা সেখানের লোকজন সবকিছুর সাথে আমরা পরিচিত। সেখানের মাটির গন্ধ আমাদের গায়ে লেগে থাকে। আমরা সেই পরিবেশে ছোট থেকে বড় হই। আমাদের অজানা কিছুই থাকেনা। তাই না। তবে এই কথাগুলো সবটুকু সঠিক নয়। আমরা যা দেখি তাহলো আমরা যা দেখতে চাই। আমরা যা শুনি ও বলি, তা আমরা শুনতে ও বলতে চাই। আমরা সমাজের একটা নিয়মের মধ‍্যে চলতে অভ‍্যস্ত হয়ে পরি। তবে সমাজে আমাদের দেখাশোনা, বুঝার বাহিরে অনেক কিছু ঘটে থাকে। যেটা আমরা চিন্তাই করতে পারিনা। তাহলে এই বিষয়গুলো জানা বা বুঝার জন‍্য কি দরকার? একটা ইস্কেনার মেশিন। আবার এটাও হতে পারে অনুবীক্ষণ যন্ত্র। যেটির মাধ‍্যমে আপনি দেখতে পারবেন সমাজের গভীরে থাকা বড় বড় সমস্যাগুলো ছোট ছোট হয়ে আকড়ে ধরে আছে। আচ্ছা আপনারা ভাবছেন না তো এই যন্ত্র আবার কে আবিষ্কার করলো। এটা কোথায় পাবেন এমন কিছু। আমাদের কাছে আছে। তা হলো SALT। SALT এমন একটি অনুবীক্ষণ যন্ত্র যেটার মাধ্যমে সমাজের গভীরে লুকিয়ে থাকা শক্তি, সমস্যা, এককথায় ভালোমন্দ সব দেখতে ও বুঝতে পারা যায়। বিশ্বাস হচ্ছে না তো। তাহলে শুনুন কয়েকদিন আগে আর্শিবাদ সংস্থা কিছু শিশু ও কিশোরী মেয়েদের নিয়ে একটি গ্রুপ সল্ট কনভারশেশন করেছে। তারা এখানে মন খুলে তাদের কথা বলতে পেরেছে। তারা একে অপরের ভালো বিশ্বস্ত বন্ধু হয়েছে। তারা যেমন তাদের ভালো গল্পগুলো শেয়ার করার মাধ্যমে শক্তিশালী হয়েছে। তেমনি আবার তারা সমাজের এমন কিছু মানুষ ও সমস্যা নিয়ে কথা বলেছে, যা ছিল কল্পনার অতীত। চিন্তার বাহিরে। আমরা সাধারণত কি করি? কেউ সমাজ নিয়ে চিন্তা করলে বা সমাজের উন্নয়নের জন‍্য কাজ করতে চাইলে তারা কি করে, বিভিন্ন সমস্যা চিহ্নিত করে। যেমন আর্থসামাজিক উন্নয়নে কাজ করে। কেউ কি গভীরে যেতে পারে। চিহ্নিত করতে পারে, সমাজের গভীরে কত কিছু লুকিয়ে আছে। আমরাও পারতাম না। তবে আমাদের হাতে এসেছে সেই যন্ত্র। যা দিয়ে আমরা দেখতে পেলাম, জানতে পারলাম অনেক কিছু। SALT কনভারশেশন যদি আপনি হৃদয় থেকে করেন। তবে আপনি ও পাবেন সেই অনুবীক্ষণ যন্ত্র। যার মাধ্যমে আপনি মানুষের ভিতরের অনেক লুকায়িত তথ‍্য জানতে পারবেন। আপনি হয়ে যাবেন একজন গবেষক। তখন আপনি নিমূল করতে পারবেন জড় থেকে সব সমস্যা।
