In Rajasthan, India community takes ownership under health rise project and used SALT methodology to engaging patients of diabetes, make patient support group and start to discussion how they minimise health risk or not depend completely on pills, Should start health checkups in regular intervals, support similar patients in a group to change their physical and foodie habits, in a group they start group exercises.
