Patient support group is a platform of non communicable disease patients & their families where they discuss in a small groups for their routine activities. They #Stimulate things which is uncovered, #Listen and #Learn from sharing, #Appreciate each of good works towards their health and work as a #team, #transferred information and minimize stress of their routine life.
