Dream building exercise did by community and they dream for good health and wealth under Healthrise SALT CLCP Project. Few of them shared to ORW that they dream and forgot. Now in the SALT CLCP PSG meetings we draw our dreams on paper so that we remember and stimulate, what action will plan to dream comes true. Community now ready to start take actions on their dreams. Constellation team facilitated SALT CLCP 2nd phase training in the block Jhadol and Girwa blocks front line health workers, CHAI field staff, patient support group members, youth group members and community family members to build a dream for their health, around their home, village and community members.

As we all know sweets are prohibitive for diabetic patients. In Rajasthan, India community takes ownership under health rise project and used SALT methodology to engaging patients of diabetes, make patient support group and start to discussion how they minimise health risk or not depend completely on pills, Should start health checkups in regular intervals, support similar patients in a group to change their physical and foodie habits, in a group they start group exercises.
SALT makes solutions of community problems, Community stimulates their vision, learn and link with others situations, and appreciate their efforts to solve any problems, transfer tricks to others.
