The startup is based in Khanjanpur, Birbhum district of West Bengal. The launch began in 2004. The 21st anniversary of the launch took place on February 22, 2026. One day we discussed group SALT with the women of the Santal community of Kendoh village. A total of 12 women from the village were present in this discussion meeting. After doing SALT, they understood each other's strength, they understood that if we unite, we can solve any problem in the village. Then one day we discussed dreams with the women of the village.
