The religious orphanage, Saint Enfant Jesus (OSEJ) is located two steps from the local market of Abomey, a town in the Zou region of Benin. Who is Mama Kara? It is the community self-assessment (SALT) training organized by the Togolese Red Cross in partnership with UNICEF, which took place in Kara from the 18th until the 21st May 2015. In June a pilot phase will start in Togo: 2 regions, 4 districts, 8 villages.
