What has helped to arrive at these conclusions?

Rituu asked in reaction to my post 'What is SALT for me?': "How have you arrived at these conclusions? what has helped?"

What helped me was: sit and look inside, feel what a SALT-situation would need, like it is an entity on its own. Does that make sense to you Rituu Nanda?

Listening to our inner voice! Thank you Margot

What helped me look inside Rituu? That question is not so easy to answer. I'll try to put it in words:

Knowing and trusting that inside me are the answers. In other words: I learn more and more that I can trust my inner wisdom, my own compass. I think everyone has wisdom inside. 'We' (at least in the part of the world I'm living in) often cover our hearts and wisdom; we comply to expectations from ourselves and others.

Nevertheless, our hearts and our wisdom are still there. When you learn to read the signs of not listening in yourself, we can enter again.

That is what helped me look inside. I sit and listen to the answers of my heart, of my inner wisdom, of my intuition.

Thank you Margot. What helped you look inside?

I share a quote which i came across recently After all, the true seeing is within.”
George Eliot, Middlemarch
