During the SALT session in the Nichhe Line area of Bhatpara Tea Garden, a very positive outlook emerged from our conversation with a 50-year-old woman named Swaroop Oraon.
Swaroop shared about a friend of hers who had a small child. Because of household responsibilities, her friend couldn’t cook for herself or carry food to work. When Swaroop learned about this, she started cooking food for her every day and shared her lunch during their break time.
