Some people living with HIV think they can be in no further danger if they have sex without CONDOM because they are already infected which is not true. HIV has many different strains some of them very powerful.Its one's responsibility to take care of his/her own health.

Counselling without treatment and nutrition will not keep some one alive. They need emotional support. They also have to deal with prejudice from community and need information and training so that they can protect themselves and provide better care. loneliness, anxiety, stress, confusion, bitterness, and depression can make people more vulnareble to illness if they dont get any kind of support. In my point of view, we need to move from having project- specific assistance to Developmental and Institutional Projects because this is what makes the changes sustainable.
If a person is diagnosed with HIV, his or her capacity must be built. He or she needs support to develop confidence in him/herself and take charge of his/her own fate as well as the task of convincing other positive people to come out.and this is lacking in our communities.

Community is very important to our Society and where there is good communication, there will be involvement and development. Lets use communication Skills and Tools for a better HIV and Aids awareness. Listen, Learn and put in Practical and we can live defeat HIV and Aids Killer disease.
