Jean Louis Lamboray, Chair of the Constellation, was invited to speak to students of 'Community Health Interventions' at Vrije University, Amsterdam, in January, 2014. He spoke about 'Transfer' as a strategy for spreading competence from community to community. Bobby Zachariah, Constellation Coach, recorded the video which you can find here

Dear Gaston,
Transfer is so exciting a prospect, as it involves packaging and selling ACP or CLCP to prospective buyers, without them ever realizing that they are buying it! Moreover they join us in selling or transferring ACP or CLCP to others.
