staff assessment using CLCP mechanism

Can you share your vision due to staff assessment and coaching clinic by using CLCP as an approach.  Provincial Family Planning Board at my province invited me to design assessment mechanism to all its staff.

Dear Wiwin,

 

In the Constellation Support Team we used an interesting assessment with the team. We went together to a nice and quiet place, outside of the office. We all sat together and used a 4 step process for our evaluation. We started with one person and then moved on the next person once we had done all the four steps.

- Watering the flowers: we started with sharing the beautiful qualities we see in the person and the moments that we appreciated together

- Expressing regrets: the person then had time to express what they regret or what they would like to improve

- Additions: we could then add something if we thought the person could improve on something that hadn't been mentionned

- Dream for the futur: we could express where we would like to be in the next year

 

Of course you could also build a dream together and then have a team assessment of where you are at. It all depends if you want to do an individual assessment or team assessment.
