Many thanks to all of you who contributed to the success of that event. I hope that you will recognize your efforts and your thinking, and that I was faithful to the spirit emerging from your discussion.Comments most welcome, to the proposition to businesses, and to the blog I just posted.

Dear all,

Jean-Louis' presentation last week at the Belgian House in Singapore was very well received! The conversations with businessmen afterwards inspired him to draft the attached offer for follow up with the participants. If you have some time, have a look - your thoughts and additions are most welcome - by 9 am Thai time tomorrow. More is coming from JL - a bit later!

Hi Friends,

Simon Hung from Singapore shared this video on Dan Pink's new book which addresses the key issue of motivation of workers. Chief among its findings: People’s “inner work lives” matter profoundly to their performance — and what motivates people the most day-to-day is making progress on meaningful work. You will enjoy watching it at:

Thanks Simon!

Dear Gaston, Thanks for sharing this presentation.

It is such a useful philosophy for organizational learning. From August on I will facilitate a platform/community on story telling within my organization, the art academy of Utrecht. Its all about sharing, appreciating, learning and transfer. Would you mind if I use some of your information? Just for preparation and inspiration?

Dear friends,
I spent the last week in Singapore with Luca. We reflected together on our proposal to the private sector. Attached a first attempt at a generic offer to businesses that Luca and I made. Comments are more than welcome.

Hi,

Wanted to draw your attention to a discussion by Abednego Mutungwa if self assessment can be useful in business sector. You will find some interesting responses
