Update Coaches Nomination Process
Dear Coaches,
I hope this message finds all of you very well, in the places where you live and work.
With this message I am sharing with you (see attached) the updated Coaches Nomination
Process as approved by the Membership Meeting in May 2010. With thanks
to all those who contributed to the thinking through of a workable way
forward during face to face and virtual discussions.
To start implementing the update of the coaches pool we are taking a two pronged, but simultaneous, approach:
1. Reconfirm current coaches (June-September 2010):
We (CST, where applicable in collaboration with national support teams) check in with current coaches on their willingness to remain their status as coach. The commitment of current coaches would be expressed through (1) An updated facilitators self-assessment, carried out by
the coach with feedback from two other coaches of choice, including an updated personal development plan. (2) A reference to shared learning from local responses by the coach.
2. Nomination of new coaches (intensified from June-September 2010, then ongoing)
In many places champions who have been involved in Constellation processes over the past 1,5 year
are waiting in the wings for their nomination. CST and National Support Teams will assist coaches in making connections between existing and potential coaches and will support the nomination process.
Separate messages with more details will follow on the two above steps. Key materials are also being translated in French (coming soon). Feel free to contact me at any time with

Thanks Marlou, this is great news. I'm looking forward to the upcoming process.
One question: if people have objections to the nomination of a coach, should they post it in the 'coaches group'? Because this groups is open, or not?
