How to extract community treasure. কমিউনিটি থেকে গুপ্তধন বের করার পদ্ধতি।

 When we think very generally, we think that the community consists of illiterate poor people, unhealthy environment, beset with various problems.  But I would like to say that there is a treasure in the community where everyone lives happily with each other.  They also have a good and beautiful mind.  The indomitable power to do something within the mind.  But as they struggle in life to survive, they lose that power.  Their dreams and power are buried underground.  This is the treasure of the community.  When the community solves its own problems.  They will fulfill their dreams. Then they will become valuable.  Gold inside the mine. 

For that what we are doing is SALT conversion and going through CLCP process.     This process is not planting the tree and eating the fruit.  This process is to bring out the energy that is buried inside the person.  Which is possible only by SALT conversation.  The SALT process is appreciating, encouraging, motivating, listening and learning, transferring energy.  Now tell yourself if you can find treasure in the community by going through this process.  I can't believe it.  Then listen.  Dalit community lives in Mymensingh district of Bangladesh.  There are treasures in this community too.  The youth team here is the treasure.  They did a lot of good work for the community. 

But no one praised them, did not encourage them.  So they lost interest in doing good work for the community.  Salt conversion of CLCP process by GFC is done through association with them.    The youths were then encouraged and first a team of ten started the cleaning work.  Now there are twenty volunteers in this team.  They themselves clean the street latrine of the community every week.  They work by collecting some money and buying Harpic brush broom cleaning materials.  This work has received a lot of response from the community.  I believe this work will catch the attention of many people in the world.  In my view they were a hidden treasure in the community.  Those who have been able to get out through the salt process.  Now tell me what I said wrong.  There are hidden treasures in the community.  You too start treasure hunting in your area.

শিরোনাম দেখে কি ভাবছেন। কমিউনিটিতে আবার গুপ্তধন। খুব সাধারনভাবে ভাবলে আমরা চিন্তা করি কমিউনিটিতে থাকে নিরক্ষর দরিদ্র মানুষ, অস্বাস্থ্যকর পরিবেশ, সমস্যায় জরজরিত বিভিন্ন সমস‍্যা। তবে আমি বলতে চাই কমিউনিটিতে আছে সেই গুপ্তধন যেখানে সকলে একে অপরের সাথে সুখ দুঃখ নিয়ে বসবাস করে। তাদেরও আছে ভালো একটি সুন্দর মন। মনের ভিতরে কিছু করার অদম্য শক্তি। কিন্তু বেচে থাকার জন‍্য জীবনে সংগ্রাম করতে করতে তারা সেই শক্তি হারিয়ে ফেলে। মাটির নিচে চাপা পড়ে যায় তাদের স্বপ্ন ও শক্তি। এটাই হচ্ছে কমিউনিটির গুপ্তধন। কমিউনিটি যখন নিজের সমস‍্যা নিজেরা বের করে সমাধান করবে। তাদের স্বপ্ন তারা পূরণ করবে।তখন তারা হয়ে উঠবে মূল‍্যবান। খনির ভিতরে থাকা স্বর্ন। তার জ‍ন‍্য আমরা যেটা করছি তা হলো SALT কনভারশেশন করে CLCP প্রক্রিয়া মাধ্যম দিয়ে যাওয়া। এই প্রক্রিয়াটি গাছ লাগিয়ে ফল খাওয়া নয়। এই প্রক্রিয়াটা হচ্ছে মানুষের ভিতরে চাপা পড়ে যাওয়া শক্তিকে বের করে আনা। যেটা সম্ভব হয় শুধুমাত্র SALT কনভারশেশন দ্বারা। সল্ট প্রসেসটা হচ্ছে প্রশংসা করা, উৎসাহ দেয়া, অনুপ্রাণিত করা, শোনা ও শিখা, শক্তি স্থানান্তরিত করা। এবার আপনারাই বলুন এই প্রসেস এর মাধ্যমে গেলে কমিউনিটিতে গুপ্তধন পাওয়া যাবে কিনা। বিশ্বাস হচ্ছে না তো। তাহলে শুনুন। বাংলাদেশের ময়মনসিংহ জেলার দলিত কমিউনিটি বসবাস করছে। এই কমিউনিটিতেও গুপ্তধন আছে। এখানের যুবকটিম হচ্ছে এই গুপ্তধন। তারা অনেক ভালো কাজ করতো কমিউনিটির জন‍্য। তবে তাদের কেউ প্রশংসা করেনি, উৎসাহ দেয়নি। তাই তারা কমিউনিটির জন‍্য ভালো কাজ করার আগ্রহ হারিয়ে ফেলেছিল। GFC দ্বারা CLCP প্রক্রিয়ার সল্ট কনভারশেশন করা হয় তাদের সাথে আর্শিবাদ সংস্থা মাধ্যমে। যুবকরা তখন উৎসাহিত হয়ে প্রথমে দশজনের একটি টিম পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতার কাজ শুরু করে। এখন এই টিমে বিশজন ভলেনটিয়ার রয়েছে। তারা প্রতি সপ্তাহে নিজেরা কমিউনিটির ল‍্যাটিন রাস্তাঘাট পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন করে। নিজেরা কিছু টাকা তুলে হারপিক ব্রাশ ঝাড়ু পরিষ্কারক সামগ্রী কিনে কাজ করে। এই কাজ কমিউনিটিতে অনেক সাড়া ফেলেছে। আমার বিশ্বাস এই কাজ বিশ্বের অনেক মানুষের দৃষ্টি কাড়বে। আমার দৃষ্টিতে এরা কমিউনিটিতে লুকিয়ে থাকা গুপ্তধন ছিল। যাদেরকে সল্ট প্রক্রিয়া মাধ্যমে বের করে আনা সম্ভব হয়েছে। এবার আপনারাই বলুন আমি কি ভুল বলেছিলাম। কমিউনিটিতে লুকিয়ে আছে গুপ্তধন। আপনিও শুরু করুন আপনার এলাকায় গুপ্তধন খোঁজা।
