Sr. Tegist explains the AIDS Competence Process (ACP) emphasis on building relationships in the context of CMDRR+

Sister Tegist is the Basic Health and Services coordinator for JeCCDO, a CBO operating in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia. JeCCDO is one of several organisations partnering with IIRR to pilot CMDRR+, an integration of the AIDS Competence Process (ACP) with the Community-management of Disaster Risk Reduction programme (CMDRR). Tegist explains how ACP's focus on building deep human relationships adds value to CMDRR, and enables organisations to work effectively, appropriately and sustainably.
