Dan is a programme coordinator for JeCCDO in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia, an implementer of the Community -managed disaster risk reduction programme (CMDRR) in partnership with IIRR. In this clip, Dan analyses how the self-assessment tool used in CMDRR is both similar and different to the self-assessment process introduced through the AIDS Competence process in order to develop CMDRR+.
