A few days ago, I had a hearty chat with Sadia Apu, a wonderful person whom I had met earlier in my training session. Whom I lovingly call Lovely.

     Our conversation was wonderful and instructive. For example, I did not understand when we went through the salt while discussing. I am sitting thinking about my weakness, Sadia Apu inspires me with her wonderful solution. Sadia and I were discussing that many times we cannot express many things through proper words. She told me that books are the easiest and most effective way to enrich our vocabulary. Sadia Apu encourages me to read books regularly and says she will keep checking about it.She was also a source of inspiration. Our mutual exchange of encouragement made us both feel empowered and ready to tackle our challenges. Sadia Apu and I work on different topics in two different communities, but we also talk about how to develop our own communities through each other's work. Sadia Apu gave me a nice suggestion that I could make the community children interested in learning more by praising them for listening to me read.

     A big shout out to Sadia and a big thank you!! Your advice and support is valuable to me.
