THE MAGIC  IN  AFTER ACTION  REVIEW

The Mauritius experience with my great teammates  has taught me how the after action review is a powerful  tool  in helping me improve  my SALT visits and probably the best in strengthening relationship in communities ,families home visits ,organization and how  to connect better with ny friends

I remember the beautiful rides in taxi just after a Salt visit  to the next one how we made sure we never lost our juice moments in the first visit  God had the secrets  for us ,thanks my great teammates Gaston schmtz ,Jean Louis Onesmus Mutuku ,Joke Dhaese ,what a great combination of facilitators with different strengths that made us tick in the the 10 days process

The beautiful evenings  full of sharing and learning  from each  other ,listening to each other’s dreams and as we took took our supper ,

The strategic questions that kept the synergy for us of wanting to be in the next SALT visit and apply lessons learnt in the first visit

1-what are some of the strengths we saw and heard?

2 How did we behave as a team?

3  What do we need to improve as team, facilitators in the  next visit?

4 where there opportunities we saw  for  great connection?

This a was our normal way as team daily ,at personal level the greatest lesson was the everyday I learnt better away of being a SALT practioner

Thanks Abednego for your sharing, it is an inspiring share (^_^). I agree that AAR is a powerful tool in the process. I am sure those who connect to the thought will be motivated to do AAR as a natural way of working, recognizing the reward.
