Bayazid & Shahida, (Field Facilitator, BRED)In the Pechakola community, the issues of how to materialize the thoughts about their community reality from the group SALT with the Rajnigandha group have come up.
The group SALT is divided into 4 groups. They start SALT each other 10 minutes. At the end of the fixed time, they start appreciate each other, as a result the other person gets a kind of strength in which help to be energetic, motivated in their work. They say we can solve our own problems if we all work together. Everyone gets confident after hearing this. Identifying similar problems from a single SALT is revealed through group salts. Some of their problems have come up like young woman in the community are interested in tailoring work, computer, digital technology or technical training to become self-dependent but are not able to update themselves due to lack of sufficient no facilities. Another problem has come up that lower class children are being deprived of home tutor, as a result their education insufficient.
How they can solve the problems themselves through group SALT discussions have come up. I have noticed in them the intense desire to face any challenge by the power of the community. They can take this decision themselves if wake up the power between them. Which has emerged through our group SALT. Group salt are more fruitful than single SALT.

Yes! Thanks for your Comments.
Thanks Bayazid for the blog!
Individual SALT makes group SALT effective.
Due to group discussions, they can recognize each other's strengths. They then start to find solutions themselves. We just need to bring them into the group and take their SALT. Thank You.
