 Today I did salt conversion with my mother. First of all I asked my mother, mother, have you done anything in your life that makes you feel proud. My mother gave birth to you in a very simple way. Isn't that a good thing? He said good work without talking about pride.

From a mother's point of view, nurturing and raising six children is as much a pain as it is a pride.  But what I find proud of in my mother is her cooperative attitude towards others, despite being a simple housewife. Mother often stands beside them listening to the sorrows of the poor and helpless people of the village. She calls me and say you have to take them to the hospital, I will come to you there. you help So far my mother has brought 6 people with eye problems. I contact the hospital authorities and got free eye surgery.

Yesterday, my mother was approached by a woman. Her husband used to get drunk and beat her most of the time. The woman has cataract and could not see,could not do household work properly. My mother brings her to town. I arrange for her cataract operation. But my mother took her to the hospital. As her husband did not come. After the operation, my mother returned home. This morning when I slept my mother went to the hospital at six am in the morning.

She was brought home from the hospital. She met me and went to the village. When the lady was thanking me I said I didn't do anything. Thanks to my mother. She said your mother is wonderful. Then I thought that my mother who was a village woman did not study much. Not an NGO official. No training. But how beautifully she supported  others. We have many opportunities but we are busy with ourselves. If we do anything, it is to fulfill our goals. To be appreciated. But there are some good-minded people in the society who work to achieve their goals just for humanity. Salute them. You will never understand how much they are an inspiration and an example to the people they are creating without a salt conversion. Let's start with the family.

After the SALT conversation I became even more inspired. Even if I don't have anything I will support others like my mother.

আজকে আমি আমার মায়ের সাথে সল্ট কনভারশেন করলাম। প্রথমেই আমি আমার মাকে প্রশ্ন করলাম, মা তুমি জীবনে এমন কোন কাজ করেছ যাতে তুমি গর্ববোধ করো। আমার মা খুব সহজ সরল ভাবে উওর দিল তোমাদের জন্ম দিয়েছি বড় করেছি। এটা কি ভালো কাজ না। সে গর্বের কথা না বলে ভালো কাজ বললো। একজন মায়ের দৃষ্টিতে সন্তানদের লালন পালন করে বড় করে তোলা যেমন কষ্টের তেমনি গর্বের ও। তার চিন্তায় তিনি ঠিক। তবে আমি আমার মায়ের মধ‍‍্যে গর্ব করার বিষয় যা খুজে পেয়েছি তাহলো আমার মা একজন সাধারণ গৃহিনী হওয়া সত্বেও অন‍্যের প্রতি সহযোগী মনোভাব। মা প্রায়ই সময়ই গ্রামের গরীব অসহায় মানুষদের দুঃখ শুনে তার পাশে দাড়ায়। আমাকে ফোন করে বলে ওনাকে হাসপাতালে নিতে হবে আমি তোমাদের ওখানে আসছি। তুমি সাহায্য করো। এ পযর্ন্ত  আমার মা 6জন কে নিয়ে এসেছে পর্যায়ক্রমে তাদের চোখে সমস্যা। আমি হাসপাতাল কতৃপক্ষের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে ফ্রি চক্ষু অপারেশন করিয়ে দিয়েছি। গতকাল আমার মা এমন এক মহিলা দায়িত্ব নিজে বহন করলেন যা গর্ব করার মত। এক অসহায় মহিলা। তার স্বামী বেশীরভাগ সময়ই নেশা করে তাকে মারধর করে। মহিলাটির চোখে ছানি পড়েছে। সে চোখে দেখতে পারছিল না। সংসারের কাজ করতে পারতো না ঠিকমত। আমার মা তাকে নিয়ে শহরে আসে। আমি তার চোখের ছানি অপারেশনের ব‍্যবস্থা করে দেই। তবে আমার মা তাকে হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যায়। যেহেতু তার স্বামী আসেনি। অপারেশন শেষ হলে আমার মা বাসায় ফিরে আসে। আজ সকালে যখন আমি ঘুমে তখন আমার মা ভোর ছয়টায় হাসপাতালে চলে যায়। তাকে সুন্দর ভাবে আমার বাসায় নিয়ে আসে। তাকে আমার সাথে দেখা করিয়ে গ্রামে চলে যায়। মহিলাটি যখন আমাকে ধন্যবাদ দিচ্ছিল তখন আমি বললাম আমি তো কিছু করিনি। ধন্যবাদ আমার মাকে দেন। তিনি বললেন তোমার মা অসাধারণ। তখন আমি চিন্তা করলাম, এইযে আমার মা যিনি গ্রামের একজন মহিলা বেশী পড়াশোনা করেন নি। কোন এনজিও কর্মকর্তা নন। কোন প্রশিক্ষণ নেই। অথচ কত সুন্দর ভাবে অন‍্যের পাশে থাকছেন। যোগাযোগ করিয়ে দিচ্ছেন। এটা সত‍্যিই শিক্ষনীয় বিষয়। আমাদের অনেক সুযোগ থাকে তবে আমরা নিজেদের নিয়ে ব‍্যস্ত থাকি। যদি কিছু করি তা আমাদের লক্ষ পূরণের জন‍্য। প্রশংসা পাওয়ার জন‍্য। কিন্তু সমাজে কিছু সুন্দর মনের মানুষ রয়েছে যারা লক্ষ পূরণের জন‍্য কাজ করেনা।করে শুধু মানবিকতার জন‍্য। স‍্যালুট জানাই তাদের। তারা যে মানুষের জন‍্য কত অনুপ্রেরণা উৎসাহ ও  উদাহরণ সৃষ্টি করছে তাদের সাথে সল্ট কনভারশেন না করলে আপনি বুঝতেই পারবেন না। শুরু হোক পরিবার থেকেই।
