Putul Rani das.  Vice President of Arshirbad mohila unoyon Samity  I have a very good relationship with him.  she tells me everything about his life.  she says to me he feels peace of mind by saying those words.  I also listen to everything carefully.  But this time I didn't just sit to listen to him.  I was trying to see his inner strength.  For which he has come this far.  Despite being a housewife, she has become different.  She has a twenty-year-old daughter with disabilities.  she is raising that girl very carefully.  But behind some happiness and success lies hard struggle.  Many people do not understand how difficult it is to be a mother with a disabled daughter.  But I never saw sadness or despair in the putul's eyes.  What I see is the thought of a mother as a daughter.  The girl is growing up.  who will marry  How to take care of your body yourself.  How will you protect yourself?  I was going through a different discussion with him today.  she started to say very simply that he has a dream in life which he sees about his daughter.  Her husband is not so worried.  Who will take care of her daughter in their absence?  how to do  What do they need to do?  The putul's dream is to accumulate some savings for her daughter's future.  If any hearty boy is found.  But the responsibility of his daughter is given to him.  For this he has to take some steps from now on.  I gave him some advice.  He accepted it gracefully.  One thing I realized very deeply during our discussion was how much a mother cares for her child.  And it doesn't stop at thinking.  Work and strive for that goal.  Which a father cannot think so deeply.  Another thing I realized is that a person needs another person for development or strength.  Who will advise him.  will show the right way.  It will help to bring out the hidden power within him.  Many people think of financial support when they say help.  But I think the biggest support than financial support is to stand by someone selflessly.Listen carefully to his thoughts.  Take him forward with proper advice.  Which will be possible through the salt process.  The putul didn't understand when we were both going through this process.  At the end of the discussion I will say we spent a very valuable time.  It was an instructive discussion for me and the putul.

পুতুল রানীদাস। আর্শিবাদ মহিলা উন্নয়ন সমিতির সহ সভাপতি। তার সাথে আমার অনেক সুন্দর সম্পর্ক। তার জীবনে বলতে গেলে সব কথাই আমার কাছে বলে। তিনি বলেন আমার কাছে তার কথাগুলো বলে মনে শান্তি অনুভব করেন। আমিও সব কথা শুনি মনোযোগ সহকারে। তবে এবার আমি তার কথা শুধুমাত্র শুনার জন‍্য বসিনি। আমি দেখার  চেষ্টা করছিলাম তার ভিতরের শক্তিটা। যেটার জন‍্য তিনি এতদূর আসতে পেরেছেন। একজন গৃহিনি হওয়া সত্বেও তিনি হয়ে উঠেছেন অন‍্যন‍্য। তার বিশ বছরের একটি প্রতিবন্ধী মেয়ে রয়েছে। ওই মেয়েকে খুব যত্ন করে বড় করে তুলছে। তবে কিছু আনন্দ আর সাফল্যের পিছনে থাকে কঠোর সংগ্রাম। আমি তারসাথে অন‍্য রকম একটি আলোচনার মধ‍্য দিয়ে যাচ্ছিলাম। সে খুব সহজ ভাবে বলতে লাগলো তার জীবনে একটি স্বপ্ন রয়েছে যা সে তার মেয়েকে নিয়ে দেখে। তার স্বামী এত বেশী চিন্তিত থাকেনা। তাদের অবর্তমানে তার মেয়ের দেখাশোনা কে করবে। কিভাবে করবে। তাদের কি করা প্রয়োজন। পুতুল রানীর স্বপ্ন হচ্ছে তার মেয়ের ভবিষ্যতের জন‍্য কিছু সঞ্চয় জমা করা। যদি কোন হৃদয়বান ছেলে পাওয়া যায়। তবে তার মেয়ের দায়িত্ব তাকে দেয়া। এজন‍্য তাকে এখন থেকে কিছু পদক্ষেপ নিতে হবে। আমি তাকে কিছু পরামর্শ দিলাম। সে সুন্দর ভাবে তা গ্রহন করলো। আমাদের আলোচনার মধ‍্যে আমি একটি বিষয় খুব গভীরভাবে উপলব্দি করলাম তা হলো একজন মা তার সন্তানের জন‍্য কতটুকু চিন্তা করে। এবং চিন্তাতেই থেমে থাকেনা। সেই লক্ষ্যে কাজ ও পরিশ্রম করে। যা একজন বাবা এত গভীরে গিয়ে ভাবতে পারেনা। আরেকটি বিষয় আমি বুঝতে পারলাম একজন মানুষের উন্নয়নের পিছনে বা শক্তির জন‍্য অন‍্য একজন কে  প্রয়োজন। যিনি তাকে পরামর্শ দিবে। সঠিক পথ দেখাবে। তার ভিতরের লুকায়িত শক্তি বের করে আনার জন‍্য সাহায্য করবে।তার মনের কথাগুলো মনোযোগ সহকারে শুনা। তাকে সঠিক পরামর্শ দিয়ে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া। যেটা সম্ভব হবে সল্ট প্রক্রিয়া মাধ্যমে। আমরা দুজন যখন এই প্রক্রিয়া মধ‍্য দিয়ে যাচ্ছিলাম তখন পুতুল রাণী বুঝতে পারেনি। আলোচনার শেষ পর্যায়ে বলবো আমরা  খুব মূল‍্যবান সময় পার করলাম। আমার এবং পুতুলের জন‍্য শিক্ষনীয় আলোচনা ছিল।
