The EMPHASIS Team working in the Indo-Bangla border among the Bangladeshi mobile population has planned to celebrate CAD in a different way. We shall be building up the capacity of a few selected community members on CLCP and help them to become community facilitators themselves.
We have selected a few Peer Educators who actually belong to the community where mobility is very common. These peer educators will be trained to become facilitators for CLCP who in turn will act on their own to identify their own strengths and plan out their own development in their own setting.

When we won't be there by the side of them they will continue spreading the essence of CLCP and deal with their own social issues in their own way

Dear Members,
As earlier mentioned, Health Nest Uganda is now on the team of Organisations in Wakiso District preparing for World AIDS Day due nest week with a theme of protecting children from being infected. In Wakiso we shall be celebrating the day on the landing site called Kasenyi after realizing that there is high HIV prevalence among fishing community. We are going to start the week with a series of activities including HIV education and testing. Health Nest Uganda will have two community outreached on 29 and 30th November along two landing sites of Nakiwogo and Bugonga in Entebbe Peninsula.
We shall take photos and encourage the community members to own up.
My best regards to you all.
