Coaches Reconfirmation Process 2012
Dear Fellow Coaches
In September, we embarked on a Coaches Reconfirmation Process together. This involved 3 steps:
1. Updating of personal contact information and activity as a Constellation Coach
2. Completion of the Coaches Personal Self-Assessment
3. Nomination of potential new coaches for 2013
Thank you to everyone who participated and made this process a success. I believe it drew us together as a coaches resource pool and gave valuable insights into how we can strengthen each other in the coming year.
