Gender and OVC

I am trying to find someone at the local level who is working on OVC and gender. As much as I've reached out through standard channels, I've had no one available to discuss their work. If you or someone you know, is working with OVC and, in particular, has knowledge and experience with gender programming for OVC, please let me know.

By "local level," I mean at the community level and I don't have any specific country in mind. What I'm trying to learn is if there are any groups that have specific programs for girl OVCs. There has been a lot of dicussion about the heightened HIV and AIDS vulnerability of women and girls and I'm trying to find groups that have activities focussing specifically on girl OVCs and what those activities are and what sort of outcomes they are producing.
