Dhurpati Bin is an ordinary woman from the Charbin Para community. She is extremely hardworking and resilient. During SALT conversations with her, it was observed that although she knew many things and had the ability to understand them, she could not put them into practice due to a lack of confidence and courage. Through SALT conversations, the hidden strength and capabilities within her gradually began to emerge. By giving her courage, motivation, and a positive outlook, she started thinking in new ways on her own. As a continuation of this process, she took the initiative to run a school for the children of the Charbin Para community. Currently, she serves as the president of this school and personally manages the overall responsibility of around 20 children. As part of her role as the president of the community school, she was taken on a visit to Sylhet. During this visit, she learned many new things, which she later implemented in her own community. SALT conversations helped her develop greater courage, self-confidence, and leadership qualities. Previously, Dhurpati Bin used to sell flowers and vegetables in the market, which she bought from others. After being encouraged through discussions, she started cultivating vegetables and flowers on the unused land in her home yard. She now sells her own produce in the market, which has significantly increased her income and made her more economically self-reliant. This experience clearly shows that through SALT conversations, it is possible to guide a person in the right direction. By providing courage, motivation, and a positive mindset, even an ordinary person can be taken a long way forward, bringing sustainable change to their life.. 
চরবিন পাড়া কমিউনিটির একজন সাধারণ নারী হলেন ধুরপতি বিন। তিনি অত্যন্ত পরিশ্রমী ও সংগ্রামী একজন মহিলা। তার সাথে সল্ট কনভারসেশন করার সময় লক্ষ্য করা যায়, তিনি অনেক কিছু জানতেন এবং বোঝার সক্ষমতা রাখতেন, কিন্তু আত্মবিশ্বাস ও সাহসের অভাবে সেগুলো কাজে লাগাতে পারতেন না।
সল্ট কনভারসেশনের মাধ্যমে তার ভেতরে লুকিয়ে থাকা শক্তি ও সক্ষমতাগুলো ধীরে ধীরে প্রকাশ পেতে শুরু করে। তাকে সাহস, উদ্দীপনা ও ইতিবাচক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি দেওয়ার ফলে তিনি নিজেই নতুনভাবে চিন্তা করতে শুরু করেন। এরই ধারাবাহিকতায় তিনি নিজের উদ্যোগে চরবিন পাড়া কমিউনিটির শিশুদের জন্য একটি স্কুল পরিচালনা শুরু করেন। বর্তমানে তিনি ওই স্কুলের সভাপতি হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন এবং প্রায় ২০ জন শিশুর সার্বিক দায়িত্ব নিজ হাতে সামলাচ্ছেন।
কমিউনিটির স্কুলের সভাপতি হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালনের অংশ হিসেবে তাকে সিলেট ভিজিটে নেওয়া হয়। সেখানে গিয়ে তিনি নতুন অনেক বিষয় শেখেন, যা তিনি ফিরে এসে নিজের কমিউনিটিতে বাস্তবায়ন করেন। সল্ট কনভারসেশন তার মধ্যে কাজ করার আরও বেশি সাহস, আত্মবিশ্বাস ও নেতৃত্বের গুণ তৈরি করে।
এর আগে ধুরপতি বিন বাজারে ফুল, শাকসবজি বিক্রি করতেন, তবে সেগুলো অন্যের কাছ থেকে কিনে বিক্রি করতেন। আলোচনার মাধ্যমে তাকে উৎসাহিত করার পর তিনি নিজের বাড়ির আঙিনায় পড়ে থাকা জমিতে শাকসবজি ও ফুল চাষ শুরু করেন। বর্তমানে তিনি নিজের উৎপাদিত পণ্য বাজারে বিক্রি করছেন, যার ফলে তার আয় উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে বেড়েছে এবং অর্থনৈতিকভাবে তিনি আরও স্বাবলম্বী হয়েছেন।
এই অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে স্পষ্টভাবে বোঝা যায়, SALT কনভারসেশনের মাধ্যমে একজন মানুষকে সঠিক পথে পরিচালিত করা সম্ভব। সাহস, উদ্দীপনা ও ইতিবাচক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি দিয়ে একজন সাধারণ মানুষকেও অনেক দূর এগিয়ে নেওয়া যায় এবং তার জীবনে টেকসই পরিবর্তন আনা সম্ভব।
