When the Dreams of the Community Align "কমিউনিটির স্বপ্ন যখন এক—একসাথে এগিয়ে চলার পথে"

২০২৫ সালের ২৬ ও ২৭ মার্চ,আমাদের DHARA সংগঠনের দল বুড়িগোয়ালিনী কমিউনিটিতে যোগদান করে।এটি ছিল সেই মুহূর্ত যখন আমরা প্রথমবারের মতো পুরো কমিউনিটির সঙ্গে মিথস্ক্রিয়া করার সুযোগ পেয়েছিলাম, একে অপরকে জানার এবং শ্রদ্ধা করার এক অনন্য অভিজ্ঞতা।তাদের কণ্ঠ শোনা,তাদের স্বপ্ন বোঝা, এবং একসাথে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার অঙ্গীকার আমাদের মধ্যে একটি শক্তিশালী সম্পর্ক তৈরি করেছিল।

বুড়িগোয়ালিনী কমিউনিটিতে পৌঁছানোর পর,আমরা তিনটি দলে বিভক্ত হয়ে কাজ শুরু করি।লিপিকা দাশ গুপ্ত ও স্বাক্ষর দীপ দাশ গুপ্ত আমাদের ফ্যাসিলিটেটর হিসেবে পাঁচটি গ্রুপের SALT সেশন পরিচালনা করেন,আমি এবং প্রান্ত বিশ্বাস ডকুমেন্টেশনে কাজ করি,আর মুক্তি রাণী, রাকিব ও রুমা খাতুন পাঁচটি গ্রুপের সদস্যদের নিয়ে স্বপ্ন গড়ার সেশন শুরু করেন।প্রতিটি গ্রুপে ৬ জন করে- ১.কিশোরী(বাগানবিলাস দল)
২.যুবক(কৃষ্ণচূড়া দল)
৩.মহিলা(গোলাপ দল.)

৪.পুরুষ(নীলকন্ঠ দল)

৫.বৃদ্ধ(পলাশ দল) সদস্য নির্বাচিত করা হয়েছিল,যাতে বৈচিত্র্যময় এবং অর্থপূর্ণ অংশগ্রহণ নিশ্চিত হয় এবং সবাই তাদের স্বপ্ন প্রকাশ করতে পারে।

প্রথমে,প্রতিটি গ্রুপের মধ্যে SALT সেশন শুরু করা হয়, যেখানে সদস্যরা একে অপরের সঙ্গে মিথস্ক্রিয়া করে নিজেদের গর্বিত হওয়ার গল্প শেয়ার করে এবং একে অপরের শক্তির প্রশংসা করে।এই প্রক্রিয়াটিকে আরও শক্তিশালী করতে, আমরা তাদের রঙিন কাগজে কমিউনিটির স্বপ্নগুলো লেখার জন্য বলি এবং পরে তারা সেগুলো হাতে নিয়ে সবার সামনে তুলে ধরে।

এরপর,আমরা দুটি গ্রুপে বিভক্ত হয়ে স্বপ্ন গড়ার কার্যক্রম শুরু করি।সুতার সাহায্যে চেইন তৈরি করে আমরা সদস্যদের জিজ্ঞেস করি,"আপনার কমিউনিটির উন্নয়নের জন্য কী কী স্বপ্ন দেখেন?"তখন তারা একে অপরকে তাদের স্বপ্ন শেয়ার করে এবং সেই স্বপ্নগুলো একত্রিত হয়ে শক্তিতে রূপান্তরিত হয়।সল্ট সেশনের পর,আমাদের ছিলো কিছু মজার মুহূর্তের জন্য আইস ব্রেকার সেশন।এই সেশনে সবাই হাস্যরসের মাধ্যমে একে অপরের সাথে আরো ভালোভাবে পরিচিত হয় এবং একটি শক্তিশালী বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ হয়।পরিশেষে,আমরা AER এর মাধ্যমে প্রোগ্রাম শেষ করি।ফলস্বরূপ,প্রতিটি গ্রুপ তাদের স্বপ্ন লিখে এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পয়েন্টগুলো তুলে ধরে,যা নথিভুক্ত করা প্রয়োজন।

স্বপ্ন যখন সবার,তখন তার শক্তি অসীম।আমাদের কমিউনিটির প্রতিটি সদস্য, বয়স বা অবস্থান নির্বিশেষে, তাদের স্বপ্নকে একে অপরের সাথে ভাগ করে নিয়েছে।এটি শুধুমাত্র তাদের আশা বা আকাঙ্ক্ষা নয় বরং একটি সম্মিলিত লক্ষ্য—একটি উন্নত,সুরক্ষিত এবং সমৃদ্ধ সমাজ গড়ার স্বপ্ন।তাদের প্রত্যেকের কন্ঠে ছিলো-আমরা বদলাতে চাই,আমরা এগিয়ে যেতে চাই।

আমরা যখন ৫টি দল গঠন করেছিলাম—যুবক,যুবতী, নারী,পুরুষ এবং বৃদ্ধ—তারা একে অপরের স্বপ্নের অংশীদার হয়েছে।আর আশ্চর্যজনকভাবে,একে অপরের কাছে নিজেদের স্বপ্নগুলো শেয়ার করার ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিরাও পিছিয়ে যায়নি।এই স্বপ্নগুলি ছিলো সবার ভবিষ্যতের পথে হাঁটার অনুপ্রেরণা।

তাদের দেওয়া স্বপ্নের মাঝে অন্যতম ছিল:

◑ভেজিটেবল কালটিভেশন
◑শিশুদের খেলার মাঠ
◑বাঁধ সংস্করণ
◑উন্নত শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা
◑বিশুদ্ধ পানির ব্যবস্থা
◑গাছ লাগানো
◑বয়স্কদের শিক্ষা গ্রহণ
◑স্বেচ্ছাসেবক দল তৈরি
◑নিরাপদ মাতৃত্ব সেবা প্রদান
◑নারীকেন্দ্রিক শারীরিক সমস্যার সমাধান
◑নারী নির্যাতন ও বাল্যবিবাহ প্রতিরোধ
◑বয়ঃসন্ধিকালীন শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা
◑মজুরি বৈষম্য
◑রাস্তা মেরামত ও ল্যাম্পপোস্ট স্থাপন

এই স্বপ্নগুলো বাস্তবে রূপান্তরিত করতে,আমরা যে পদক্ষেপগুলো নিয়েছি তা একে অপরকে শক্তিশালী করেছে।আমাদের চেষ্টা ছিল, যাতে সকলের স্বপ্নকে সম্মান জানিয়ে,তাদের একত্রিত শক্তি দিয়ে এগিয়ে যেতে পারে।

আজ আমরা জানি, একসাথে হাঁটলে কোনো বাধাই আমাদের থামাতে পারবে না।আমাদের কমিউনিটি এমন এক দল, যেখানে সবাই একে অপরের পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে উন্নতির পথে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে।এখানে কোনো বিভেদ নেই,একমাত্র ঐক্য আর সাহসিকতা রয়েছে।

আমরা এগিয়ে চলেছি, একসাথে আমাদের স্বপ্ন পূরণের পথে—একটি সুরক্ষিত,উন্নত এবং সমৃদ্ধ সমাজ গড়ার লক্ষ্য নিয়ে।

এমন সময়ে যখন আমাদের পথ একত্রিত হয়ে গেছে, আমরা জানি যে,প্রত্যেকটি স্বপ্ন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।আর এই সমস্ত স্বপ্ন যখন একত্রিত হয়, তখন তা অসীম শক্তিতে রূপ নেয়।আমাদের কমিউনিটির এই যাত্রা,একে অপরের পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে,এক সাথে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার গল্প।এতদিনের কাজের শেষ প্রান্তে,আমরা স্বপ্ন দেখছি এমন একটি ভবিষ্যতের, যেখানে সবকিছুই উন্নত হবে, সবকিছুই সমৃদ্ধ হবে। আমাদের স্বপ্নগুলো সত্যি করতে,আমরা সবাই একে অপরের শক্তি।এই পথে, কোনো কিছুই আমাদের থামাতে পারবে না।

আমাদের স্বপ্ন,আমাদের শক্তি,
এটাই আমাদের আশা, আমাদের লক্ষ্য,
একসাথে এগিয়ে চলি,হাত ধরাধরি,
কমিউনিটি হয়ে উঠুক এক দারুণ চিহ্ন।

"When the Dreams of the Community Align—Moving Forward Together"

On March 26th and 27th, 2025,our DHARA organization team joined the Burigoalini community.It was a moment when we had the opportunity to interact with the entire community for the first time,creating a unique experience of getting to know and respect one another.Listening to their voices, understanding their dreams,and making a commitment to move forward together formed a strong bond between us.

After reaching the Burigoalini community, we divided into three groups and started working.Lipika Das Gupta and Swakhor Dip Das Gupta,as our facilitators,conducted SALT sessions for five groups.I and Pranta Biswas worked on documentation,while Mukti Rani,Rakib, and Ruma Khatun began the dream-building sessions with the members of the five groups.Each group consisted of 6 members: 1. Teenage girls (Baganbilash Group)
2.Young men (Krishnachura Group)
3.Women (Golap Group) 4. Men (Neelkanth Group)
5.Elderly (Polash Group) ensuring diverse and meaningful participation where everyone could express their dreams.

First, SALT sessions began within each group, where members interacted with each other,shared their stories of pride and praised each other's strengths. To make this process even more powerful,we asked them to write their community's dreams on colored paper and later, they presented them in front of everyone, holding those papers in their hands.

Afterward,we divided into two groups and started the dream-building activities.Using string to create chains,we asked the members,"What dreams do you have for the development of your community?"They shared their dreams with one another,and those dreams merged into a powerful force.After the SALT session,we had some fun moments with ice-breaker activities.In this session,everyone got to know each other better through humor and formed a strong bond.Finally,we concluded the program with AER.As a result, each group wrote down their dreams and highlighted important points that needed to be documented.

When dreams belong to everyone,their power is limitless.Each member of our community, regardless of age or status,shared their dreams with one another.These were not just their hopes or aspirations but a collective goal—a dream of building a better, safer, and prosperous society.Each of their voices echoed:"We want change,we want to move forward."

When we formed five groups—youth,young women,women,men and the elderly—they became partners in each other's dreams.And amazingly, even persons with disabilities did not shy away from sharing their dreams with others. These dreams became the inspiration for walking toward a brighter future.

Among the dreams they shared were:

◑ Action-oriented training
◑ Vegetable cultivation
◑ Children's playground ◑ Embankment restoration
◑ Improved education system
◑ Clean water supply
◑Tree plantation
◑ Education for the elderly
◑ Formation of volunteer groups
◑ Safe maternal services ◑ Solving women's physical health issues
◑ Prevention of women's violence and child marriage
◑ Adolescent education ◑ Wage disparity
◑ Road repairs and installation of lamp posts

The steps we took to transform these dreams into reality strengthened each other.Our effort was to ensure that by respecting everyone's dreams,they could move forward with their combined strength.

Today,we know that walking together can overcome any obstacle. Our community is a group where everyone is moving forward toward progress,standing by each other.There is no division here,only unity and courage.

We are moving forward, toward fulfilling our dreams— with the goal of creating a safe, prosperous and developed society.

At a time when our paths have merged,we know that every dream is important.And when these dreams unite,they transform into boundless power.This journey of our community,standing by each other and moving forward together,tells a story.At the final stage of all the hard work,we are dreaming of a future where everything will be improved, everything will prosper.To make our dreams come true,we are all each other's strength.On this path, nothing will stop us.

Our dreams,our strength,
This is our hope,our goal,
Let's move forward together,hand in hand,
May the community become a wonderful mark.
