Breaking barriers: SALT stimulates women in SHG

SALT activity and dream building was conducted with Jijamata Women's Self-Help Group. The dream of the women in that group was to do something. 

One of the women in this group, Sonali Patil, has joined Paani Foundation. (Ngo)She has linked these women to participate in a competition of Paani Foundation, She made the women aware that women can also come forward along with men and linked this work. 

which is that women should do organic farming and become self-reliant by organizing and doing different things in the village, taking the farm and experimenting with different things. So

Women have participated in this competition and are experimenting with different things, taking organic farming and even driving a tractor. Before this, Paani Foundation was in the village but no one participate in this compitition, but after salt, Sonali Patil realized the power of all women while taking the dream building and taking salt. So they have enthusiastically participated in this competition. Driving a tractor is really a commendable thing and till now only men drive tractors in villages but it is a matter of great pride that women are also starting this.

SALT has made women aware of their strength and women encourage each other. They have taken the initiative to do this because they have realized their inner strength. While doing all this, the women themselves are very happy. And they believe that whatever they are doing is for their own happiness.
