Nine interns from the 'Amik Institute of Management Sciences and Technology College' visited Suchona to complete their internship program. During their visit, we conducted both individual and group-based 'SALT' sessions with them. Although this process was entirely new to them, they enjoyed it immensely. They remarked that they had never before shared stories from their personal lives with one another in this manner, and they were delighted to have had the opportunity to do so through this process today. This methodology makes it remarkably easy to identify people's inherent strengths or qualities and fosters a bond of mutual trust among participants. They expressed their intention to implement this process within their own college, as well as to utilize the 'SALT' methodology in any future internships or professional work environments. Furthermore, they noted that—while they had learned a great deal during their 15-day internship—they would request their college administration to send a larger number of students to Suchona in the future; this would enable students to fully master the 'SALT' methodology and subsequently apply it among all the students and faculty members of their own institution
