Adolescences' own initiative-Winter Festival(এডোলেশনস দের নিজ উদ্যোগে-শীত পার্বন উৎসব)

যারা সোল্টকে আপন করে নিতে পারে,তাদের জীবনে পরিবর্তন আসবেই। ঋষিপাড়া কমিউনিটির এডোলেশনসদের ক্ষেত্রেও ঠিক সেটাই হয়েছে।ময়মনসিংহ গিয়ে তারা আলোর পথ,সপ্নের সিড়ি তাদের কাজের উদ্যোগ ও শক্তি দেখে তারা নিজেদের ভেতরে লুকিয়ে থাকা শক্তিকে চিনতে পারে।

ময়মনসিংহ থেকে ফিরে এসে ঋষিপাড়া কমিউনিটির এডোলেশনসরা সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়—তারা নিজের কমিউনিটিদের জন্য কি কি উদ্যােগ নিবে।তার জন্য এডোলেশনস ছেলেদের মধ্যে রুপতনু ছেলেদের নিয়ে একটি টিম গঠন করে। অন্যদিকে মেয়েরাও নিজেদের মধ্যে আলাদা একটি টিম তৈরি করে। যদিও টিম আলাদা, কিন্তু তাদের উদ্দেশ্য ছিলো এক,কমিউনিটির জন্য কাজ করা আর কমিউনিটির কাছে নিজেদের ভাবনা তুলে ধরা। 

এই লক্ষ্য থেকেই দুই টিম মিলে একটি উৎসব আয়োজনের সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়। উৎসবের নাম দেওয়া হয় “শীত পার্বন উৎসব”। এটি শুধু আনন্দের আয়োজন ছিল না, বরং সচেতনতা ও নিজেদের উদ্যোগ তুলে ধরার একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম ছিলো।

উৎসবে তারা তাদের করা বিভিন্ন উদ্যোগ শেয়ার করে। পাশাপাশি নারীদের বিরুদ্ধে সহিংসতা (Violence) কীভাবে ঘটে, মেয়েরা কীভাবে এর শিকার হয় এবং এর পরিণতি কী—এই বিষয়গুলো নিয়ে একটি নাটক পরিবেশন করে। নাটকটি কমিউনিটির মানুষের মধ্যে গভীর প্রভাব ফেলে এবং আলোচনার সুযোগ তৈরি করে।বোতল দিয়ে রি-সাইক্লিং করে এমন কি ডেকোরেশনের জন্য কালার পেপার দিয়ে সুন্দর সুন্দর জিনিস বানায়।

সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণবিষয় বিষয় যে, উৎসবের জন্য তারা বাইরের কোনো সহায়তার ওপর নির্ভর করেনি।ছেলে ও মেয়ে মিলে মোট ১৭ জন ছিলো।প্রত্যেকে নিজ নিজ সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী ১০০–২০০ টাকা করে দিয়ে উৎসবটি সফলভাবে আয়োজন করে। এই অংশগ্রহণই প্রমাণ করে, তারা এখন দায়িত্ব নিতে জানে এবং একসাথে কাজ করতে পারে।

আমি তাদেরকে একজন ফ্যাসিলেটেটর হিসেবে শুধু ফ্যাসিলিটেড করি। বাকি কিভাবে ডেকোরেশন করা হবে,সাউন্ড বক্সের ব্যবস্থা,পিঠা রান্না সব কিছু তারা নিজেরাই সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়।তাদের পরিশ্রমের মাধ্যমে এই শীত পার্বন উৎসব সম্ভব হয়েছে।

ঋষিপাড়া কমিউনিটির এডোলেশনসদের এই যাত্রা প্রমাণ করে—সঠিক দিকনির্দেশনা ও বিশ্বাস পেলে কিশোর-কিশোরীরাও সমাজ পরিবর্তনের শক্তি হয়ে উঠতে পারে। শীত পার্বন উৎসব শুধু একটি অনুষ্ঠান নয়, এটি তাদের আত্মবিশ্বাস, নেতৃত্ব ও কমিউনিটির প্রতি দায়বদ্ধতার একটি সুন্দর উদাহরণ।

Those who can embrace Salt will see a change in their lives. The same thing happened to the Adolesans of the Rishipara community. When they went to Mymensingh, they saw the path of light, the ladder of dreams, their initiative and strength in their work, and they could recognize the power hidden within themselves.

After returning from Mymensingh, the Adolesans of the Rishipara community decided what initiatives they would take for their communities. For this, the Adolesans formed a team of beautiful boys among the boys. On the other hand, the girls also formed a separate team among themselves. Although the teams were different, their purpose was the same, to work for the community and to present their ideas to the community. 

With this goal in mind, the two teams decided to organize a festival together. The festival was named “Shit Parvan Utsab”. It was not just a joyful event, but rather a platform to raise awareness and showcase their initiatives.

At the festival, they shared the various initiatives they had taken. In addition, they performed a play on how violence against women occurs, how girls are victims of it and what are its consequences. The play has a deep impact on the people of the community and creates opportunities for discussion. They make beautiful things by recycling bottles and even using colored paper for decoration.

The most important thing is that they did not depend on any outside help for the festival. There were a total of 17 people, boys and girls. Each of them contributed 100-200 taka according to their own ability and successfully organized the festival. This participation proves that they now know how to take responsibility and can work together.

I only facilitated them as a facilitator. The rest is how the decorations will be done, the arrangement of the sound box, the cooking of the pitha, everything is decided by them. This winter festival has been possible through their hard work.

 This journey of the Adolescences of the Rishipara community proves that with the right guidance and belief, teenagers can also become a force for social change. The Shit Parvan festival is not just an event, it is a beautiful example of their confidence, leadership, and commitment to the community.
