Hello everyone, nameste my name is Nisha Baskota Adhikari. I live in Thakre,6 Ranibari, Dhading, Nepal. Through the ongoing self-assessment, I have gained some experiences and learning opportunities. I would like to share these with you today.

This experience has helped me grow and mature personally. Through this process, I had the opportunity to closely understand my thoughts, behavior, and perspective, which brought positive changes to my personal development.

During this time, an environment was created where everyone could openly and confidently express their experiences, weaknesses, and ideas. The practice of listening to and understanding one another carefully strengthened mutual trust and closeness.
