ARC, my feelings that can make me feel a change in my understanding through CLCP

I have travelled to the depths of my understanding to reach the conclusion of this creation, hence this article is special for me. After joining this program, I was able to connect with people, talk to people, face people's perspectives in the community, understand the conflict between their understanding of their concerns and the root of their real problems. Based on that, I have come to the conclusion that the problem of any community (whose definition is known to everyone) or its members depends on the beliefs on which it has been based since its development.

Although beliefs keep breaking and changing, but if beliefs have developed in a traditional way, then they cause harm. Whatever issue or problem is felt in the life of that person or community, the strongest reason behind all those problems is being affected by beliefs. I accept that I have been affected by beliefs in my personal life, due to which I have been denying easily and accepting something with difficulty, due to which I have always suffered. I have suffered from the system, opportunities, facilities, relationships, everything.

But in the last 5 months, I have felt some change, that the subjects on which we have been focusing, we have started paying more attention. That topic was very important which allows a person's life to go out of self-leadership, in this way a person or a community starts forgetting his potential, whatever a person or a community is, his journeys are responsible for it, its effect can be seen from the first point of his beginning till now,, in this way when I understood, I felt that everyone is right in their place, nowadays I have started accepting everyone, whether it is a person or a system,, to appreciate someone with an open heart, along with a big heart, it is also necessary to understand that all the people of the community are right on the basis of their journey,, everyone needs change, everyone has the right to a better and beautiful life and he should get it.

By appreciating, we bring a feeling of gratitude in the heart of the person in front and make him kind-hearted, help him to remain a good person, and can bring about a change in him, this applies to both, so this process should be two way. People are suffering from beliefs, this is at the root of the problems, which narrows down and makes one a slave. Slaves do not lead, leadership can only be achieved by those who are free from assumptions and are always ready for new challenges.. While going through baseline, FGD, quantitative survey, qualitative interview, SALT, my attention was again drawn towards these subjects, I saw that the community has fallen into a bad state because of forgetting feelings like appreciation, forgiveness, giving opportunities, helping each other, helping people around you in a better life, involving them in the path of development, being moved by the pain of others.

And the reason for all this has ultimately reached the same point that people do not want to come out of the shackles of their assumptions and dream of a better life. The community believes that dreams are those which are not fulfilled and just remain as our wish, thus due to lack of planned collective effort, self-evaluation, inability to make the right effort at the right time and in the right manner, the community becomes unbalanced and is left behind. The result of which is the reason for the tragedy-filled life of some communities today. yes...it takes a lot of inner willpower to break the stereotypes..this CLCP format is very powerful but also very complex..I hope all the readers will share their views with me in the hope of a bright future for this process.
