About Me:
Through my role at Barnwood Trust I lead a team of Community Builders, who practice Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The team come alongside local residents to support people to build inclusive and welcoming communities, starting with the skills and passions of the local residents. In addition to our practice in communities, we also offer workshops that encourage professionals to reevaluate their contribution to communities, exploring what organisations need to stop doing to create space for community led action to grow, and what practice we as paid professionals need to adopt to create a fairer and more connected society.
My dream:
To create a fairer society, where everyone is included and no on his isolated.
