Every village has challenges addiction, too much mobile use, lack of playgrounds, fewer libraries, and less communication among people.
But every village also has the power to find its own solutions.
Through the SALT process, people in Nandwal village started speaking openly with each other. Children, women, and youth began identifying the real issues in their community and started taking initiative for change.
Some people started cleanliness drives…
Some organized awareness rallies…
And many young people tried to reconnect the village through games, conversations, and collective action.

SALT teaches us that real change does not come from outside —
it grows from within the community itself.
When people understand their own problems, come together, and work as one to find solutions, true and lasting change begins.
Today, villages like Nandwal are showing that:
“A village’s problems can be solved by the village itself.”
Through ARC, communities are identifying their challenges and working together to build a better future for themselves.
