The story of Two children horse carriage driver!

I was going with Jumuna river adjoining char, village name Char Nakalia Community People for SALT Conversation on the way suddenly two children horse carriage driver met and at one point i started talking to them and developed a good relationship. One's name is Zubair and another Aslam, both of them will be 9 years old.
When trying to have a salt conversation with two people, they keep talking about their thoughts. I told them that you don't go to school, they say they don't like going to school.
I wanted to know why? In reply they say they don't like to study, they like to drive horse carts. Because in the beginning they was hobby to drive a horse cart, now it is a profession to bring people and goods. Their hobby or desire has now become a profession.
They met one of their uncles on the road. He said that some horse traders in the village are teaching small children how to ride horses, so they are becoming a favorite thing to do from going to school.

I said to the two children, you don't want to go to school, Is this right? you are the best age to go to school. They say that doing this will get some money available.
I said that your parents don't say anything in response, we drive behind father's eyes. Then Zubair said that he was afraid of vision when he saw his father. He sat down to read in fear of his father. Most of the children in their area are involved in various activities which result in low attendance in school.
I learned from them that the family does not give them time properly. If the family members give proper time to the children, take care of the children, they will do something good.
In fact, just as the parents of a family provide a safe haven for the child, the role of the family is essential in maintaining their future. We need to understand the children given enough time.

আমি, যমুনা নদী সংলগ্ন চর, গ্রামের নাম চর নাকালিয়া কমিউনিটি মানুষদের সাথে SALT কনভারসেশন জন্য যাচ্ছিলাম পথে ঘোড়ার গাড়ি চালক দুইটি শিশুর সঙ্গে দেখা হয় এক পর্যায়ের দুইজনের সাথে কথা বলতে বলতে ভালো সম্পর্ক গড়ে উঠে। একজনের নাম জুবায়ের আরেকজন আসলাম দুজনের বয়স ৮ বছর হবে।
দুইজনের সাথে সল্ট কনভারসেশন করার চেষ্টা করলে তাদের মনের কথাগুলো বলতে থাকে। তাদের বললাম তোমরা স্কুলে পড়তে যাও না তারা বলে স্কুলে যেতে ভালো লাগে না।
জানতে চাইলাম কেন? উত্তরে তারা বলে পড়াশুনা করতে ভালো লাগে না, ঘোড়ার গাড়ি চালাতে ভালো লাগে। কারণ শুরুতে ঘোড়ার গাড়ি চালাতে ভালো লাগার ফলে এখন তা পেশা হিসাবে মানুষ, মালামাল আনা নেওয়ার কাজ করে। তাদের শখটা বা ইচ্ছাটাই এখন পেশা হয়েছে।
রাস্তার তাদের এক চাচার সাথে দেখা হয়ে যায়। তিনি বলেন গ্রামের কিছু ঘোড়া ব্যবসায়ীরা ছোট শিশুদের ঘোড়া চালানো শিখিয়ে দিচ্ছেন ফলে তাদের স্কুলে যাওয়ার থেকে ঘোড়া চালানে টা প্রিয় কাজ হয়ে যাচ্ছে।

শিশু দুই জনকে বললাম তোমাদের স্কুলে যেতে মন চাই না এটি কি ঠিক। তোমাদের স্কুলে যাওয়ার এখন উত্তম বয়স। তারা বলে এই কাজ করলে কিছু টাকা পাওয়া যায়। বললাম তোমারদের বাবা -মা কিছু বলেন না উত্তরে বলে বাবার চোখের আড়ালে আমরা গাড়ি চালাই। তখন জুবায়ের বলে তার বাবাকে দেখে সে ভিশন ভয় পাই। বাবার ভয়ে সে পড়তে বসে। তাদের এলাকার বেশিরভাগ শিশুরা ই নাকি বিভিন্ন কাজে সম্পৃক্ত যার ফলে স্কুলে উপস্থিতি কম।

তাদের থেকে এটা শিখলাম যে পরিবার তাদের যথাযথভাবে সময় দেয় না। যদি পরিবারের সদস্যরা ঠিকমত বাচ্চাদের সময় দেয়, বাচ্চাদের দেখভাল করে তাহলে তারা ভালো কিছু করবে।

• আসলে একটি পরিবাবের অভিভাবক রা শিশুর জন্য যেমন নিরাপদ আশ্রয় দেয় তেমনি তাদের ভবিষ্যৎ গোছানোর জন্য পরিবারের ভূমিকা অপরিহার্য।
আমাদের উচিৎ বাচ্চাদের যথেষ্ট সময় দেওয়া তাদের বুঝতে হবে।

পরিশেষে, শিশু দুইটি সাথে কথা বলার শেষ অবস্থায় বললাম তোমর খুব ভালো ছেলে। আমি আশা করি তোমরা ঠিক ভাবে স্কুলে যাবে পড়াশুনা করবে।
দুই জন বলে জ্বি ভাইয়া আপনার সাথে কথা বলে ভালো লাগল আমরা চেষ্টা করবো স্কুলে যাওয়ার।
