The potential of community building

I wrote this article A deeper level of humanity about my introduction to The Constellation's approach to community building almost 5 years ago. Since then the strengths-based methodology has inspired me and changed my practice in working with groups. I am very touched by the positive changes to people's lives and to communities to tap into their resourcefulness and resilience as a result of uncovering strengths.
