SALT works to make Strong Roots to bear Fruitful tree 🌴

Hi everyone 👋 a couple of days ago, we had an organizational-level SALT conversation with our Rural Aid team members and the Secretary, Mrs. Sutapa Dutta, Ma'am.     

During the SALT, I experienced the different strengths and capacities from the insightful, in-depth stories shared by the Rural Aid team members. The most common gems 💎 of strengths we have witnessed were supportive, caring, helping nature in needs, linkages, social-minded, kind-hearted ❤️, decision-makers power in times of trouble, and transformation of leadership to weakness.

Through this, we have learned that SALT is necessary at the organizational level, which helps to make strong roots of fruitful trees 🌴 in organizations or any sectors.
