Merci Pamela pour ce partage! I also always felt something was strange about me being the social worker or the consultant... like I had to know how to solve someones problem. I don't believe that is my role anymore. I can breathe more and my work became so much more fun, but also my personal relations... SALT is a simple but powerful tool for transformation!
