SALT help me to appreciate people .Working with communities treating them equally ,all like human being is now my Motto. SALT is my sharing net work where I learn a lot from communities .From all my experiences of social work for years SALT change my life and the way to deal with others. it is a huge approach of appreciating and listening others.

Our first meeting with the community of Chirougui was sublime. Our welcomers were surprised with our introduction ,so they also presented themselves with great simplicity. They seem surpris but pleased to be in such simplicity;
Yep we met our common point; Being a human being and that was our strength; it was just Magic. We were alL parents, passionate of sport and so on

La présentation de notre équipe de facilitateurs sans les casquettes ont choqués plus d’un...les regards étaient figés mais émerveillés. Du coup ceux qui nous accueillaient se sont présentés avec toute simplicité. le point commun était installé , nous sommes tous égaux , c'était magnifique, c'était l’humain au centre de la rencontre ,nous avions tous de points communs les unes et les autres: mère, père des enfants, passionné de sport et j'en passe.

To post a blog, first sign in, then go to top of the page and click on the blue button ‘Our Stories’ and click on ‘+ Add ’. You can also comment on blogs posted by other members.
Requests: This the place where we learn together. If you want to discuss an element of the Competence process, or other issues related to local responses, please contribute to the forum. To participate in an ongoing discussion, sign in, go to the top of the page, click on the blue button ‘Requests’ and then click on topic of the discussion you are interested in. In the Request you have an option to start a discussion on a topic of your interest.
