Mr. Masud is a garment worker. One of the participants through a project funded by GFC lives in the village of Pechakola. He is 28 years old. His father's name is Ansar Hossain, his happy family with a daughter. After having a salt conversation with him, he was initially asked to know that,
• Please share something from your life that you are proud of?
He said, I have been a nature lover since childhood. I have always tried to keep nature right and love to do a lot of afforestation in the courtyard for it. The increase in the quality of temperature in the country due to vegetarian changes is threatening our environment. I have been doing the work that needs more trees for that. In order to live in peace and happiness in this world, we have to give importance to greening. We each need to plant one tree. A deep affection for plants should be created. I feel proud to think that I plant trees with the determination to heal the sick world and encourage others to plant trees.

• Ask him the second question, what are your hopes and concerns for the village? Anxiety is different from the problem. He said that the village is a love place spent his childhood in this village. The village always wants the best for everyone. I hope that the youth in the village will contribute to the good work of the people. But young people are getting involved in different addictions. Which is causing concern for the village. The use of smart phones in the hands of children is also another cause of concern. I hope that the next generation will get a beautiful abode but it is not happening. It is wanted for the youth to participate in voluntary activities in the village and benefit others through them.

• Next I ask him what steps are you taking or want to take to address these concerns? He said, the parents of the village need to change their vision. A lot can be done if everyone tries to guide their children properly from everyone's position. It is necessary to look at the children, youth of the dignitaries of the area. To that end, parents, society, school teachers, imams should all come forward in this matter, it can be a step. For example, now in the country due to the vegetarian temperature, I am trying to plant trees with my neighbors.

• We need afforestation to protect the learning environment. It is possible to save the environment by planting trees with will power and everyone's help.

• Consistent efforts can be divided into collective efforts by supporting his actions. It is possible to protect society, nation, country by being with him and partnering in his work. His works can be evaluated.

• Feelings: He is happy to share important issues about his area through salt conversion. The message he has given to protect the environment through this salt is definitely worth supporting. He is happy to express his concerns over the area. If everyone talks about the concerns and problems of the area through such a conversion then the members in the area will be overcome.

তিনি বলেন, আমি ছোটবেলা থেকেই অনেকটা প্রকৃতি প্রেমী। আমি সবসময় চেষ্টা করেছি প্রকৃতির ঠিক রাখতে আর তার জন্য বাড়ির আঙ্গিনাতে প্রচুর বনায়ন করতে ভালোবাসি। বৈষিক পরিবর্তনের ফলে দেশে যে পরিমান মান তাপমাত্রা বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে তা আমাদের পরিবেশের জন্য হুমকিজনক। তার জন্য বেশি বেশি গাছ লাগানো প্রয়োজন সেই কাজটি আমি পূর্বে থেকে করে আসছি। এই পৃথিবীতে সুস্থভাবে সুখে শান্তিতে বাঁচতে হলে আমাদেরকে সবুজায়নের দিকে গুরুত্ব দিতে হবে। আমাদের প্রত্যেকের একটি করে গাছ লাগানো প্রয়োজন। গাছপালার প্রতি গভীর অনুরাগ সৃষ্টি করতে হবে। অসুস্থ পৃথিবী কে সুস্থ করার সংকল্প নিয়েই আমি বৃক্ষ রোপণ করি ও অন্যদের গাছ লাগানোর জন্য উৎসাহ দিয়ে থাকি এই বিষয়টি ভাবলে নিজেকে গর্বিত মনে হয়।

• তাকে দ্বিতীয় প্রশ্ন করি
গ্রামের জন্য আপনার আশা এবং উদ্বেগ কি? উদ্বেগ সমস্যা থেকে পৃথক।

তিনি বলেন, গ্রাম একটি ভালোবাসা জায়গা এই গ্রামে তার ছোট বেলা কাটিয়েছেন। গ্রামের সবসময় ভালো চায় এই ভালোটা সবার চাইতে হবে। গ্রামে তরুনরা যারা আছে তার ভালো কাজে অবদান রাখুক এটি আশা করি। কিন্তু তরুণ রা বিভিন্ন নেশার সাথে জড়িয়ে পরছে। যেটা গ্রামের জন্য উদ্বেগ সৃষ্টি করছে। শিশুদের হাতে স্মার্ট ফোনের ব্যবহার ব্যাপক লক্ষ করা যায় এটিও উদ্বেগের আরেকটি কারণ। আগামী প্রজন্ম যেন সুন্দর আবাস পায় এটা আশা করি কিন্তু এটি হয়ে উঠছেনা। গ্রামে তরুণ- তরুণীরা স্বেচ্ছাসেবী মূলক কাজে অংশগ্রহণ করুক তাদের মাধ্যমে অন্যরা উপকৃত হোক এটা চাওয়া।

পরবর্তীতে তাকে প্রশ্ন করি
এই উদ্বেগগুলি সমাধান করার জন্য আপনি কী পদক্ষেপ নিচ্ছেন বা নিতে চান?
তিনি বলেন, গ্রামের অভিভাবকদের দৃষ্ট ভঙ্গি পালটানো প্রয়োজন। সবার অবস্থান থেকে যদি চেষ্টা করে তাদের সন্তাদের সঠিকভাবে গাইড করার তাহলে অনেক কিছু করা সম্ভব। এলাকার গণ্যমান্য ব্যক্তিদের শিশু, তরুণ- তরুনীদের দিকে নজর দেওয়া প্রয়োজন। সে লক্ষে অভিভাবক, সমাজ, স্কুলের শিক্ষক, ইমাম সবাই মিলে এই বিষয়ে এগিয়ে আসতে হবে এটি একটি পদক্ষেপ হতে পারে।
যেমন এখন দেশে বৈষিক তাপমাত্রা কারণে প্রচুর তাপমাত্রা বেড়ে যাচ্ছে এক্ষেত্রে আমি চেষ্টা করছি প্রতিবেশীদের সাথে করে বৃক্ষরোপন করতে।

• শিক্ষনীয়
তার গল্প, কমিউনিটি নিয়ে চিন্তা ভাবনা আমাদের যেমন চ্যালেন্জিং করে তোলে তেমনি সাহসিকতা উদ্যমী হতে শেখায়।
তার চিন্তা
পরিবেশ রক্ষা করতে আমাদের বনায়ন প্রয়োজন। নিজে ইচ্ছা শক্তি ও সবার সাহায্য নিয়ে বৃক্ষ রোপনের মাধ্যমে পরিবেশকে বাচাঁনো সম্ভব।

• লক্ষণীয়
তার কাজ গুলোকে নিয়ে সমর্থন করে সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টায় ভাগ করা যায়। তার সাথে থেকে তার কাজের অংশীদার হওয়ার মাধ্যমে সমাজ, জাতি, দেশ রক্ষা করা সম্ভব। তার কাজ গুলো মূল্যায়ন করা যায়।

• অনুভূতি :
সল্ট কনভারসনের মাধ্যমে তিনি তার এলাকা নিয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ন বিষয় গুলো শেয়ার করতে পেরে আনন্দিত। তিনি এই সল্টের মাধ্যে পরিবেশ রক্ষ করার জন্য যে মেসেজ দিয়েছে সেটি অবশ্যই সমর্থন করার মত। এলাকা নিয়ে উদ্বেগ গুলো প্রকাশ করতে পেরে তার ভালো লাগেছে। সবাই যদি এরকম কনভারসনের মাধ্যমে এলাকা নিয়ে উদ্বেগ ও সমস্যা গুলো নিয়ে কথা বলে তাহলে এলাকাটিতে সদস্যাগুলো কাটিয়ে উঠা যাবে।
