পেঁচাকোলা কমিউনিটিতে কৃষ্ণচূড়া দলের পরিবর্তনের ছোঁয়া। পূর্বে কমিউনিটিতে ছেলেমেয়েরা একসাথে বসে কথা বলার সুযোগ পেত না। পরিবার থেকে নিষেধ ছিল, সমাজের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গিও ছিল ভিন্ন। কিন্তু SALT পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে তারা যখন একসাথে রাস্তা মেরামত কাজ করেছিল তারপর থেকে তারা উপলব্ধি করেছে, শেখার জন্য লিঙ্গ কোনো বাধা নয়, বরং সবাই মিলে আলোচনা ও সহযোগিতার মাধ্যমেই নতুন সম্ভাবনা তৈরি হয়। পরবর্তীতে যখন কমিউনিটিতে নলেজ ফেয়ার অনুষ্ঠিত হয় এবং ফেয়ারে ইয়ুথরা যেভাবে নলেজ শেয়ারিং করেছিল যার ফলে অনেক অভিভাবক ও কমিউনিটির বয়স্ক ব্যক্তিরা কমিউনিটির ছেলে মেয়েদের কাজ দেখে তারা অভিভূত হয় ও তাদের কাজগুলো মূল্যায়ন করে। তারা নিজেরাই তাদের কাজ থেকে অনেক কিছু শিখতে পারে।
এখন কৃষ্ণচূড়া দলের ছেলেমেয়েরা একসাথে বসে তাদের জীবনের নানা বিষয় নিয়ে কথা বলে, একে অপরের অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে শিখছে। শুধু তাই নয়, তারা বিকেলে সবার জন্য একটি উন্মুক্ত শেখার ও খেলাধুলার পরিবেশ তৈরির উদ্যোগ নিচ্ছে। পাশাপাশি, তারা মাঝে মাঝে একসাথে গ্রুপ স্টাডির পরিকল্পনাও করেছে, যাতে একে অপরকে সহায়তা করতে পারে এবং শেখার পরিবেশ আরও উন্নত হয়।

এই পরিবর্তন দেখিয়ে দিচ্ছে যে, যখন মানুষ নিজেদের শক্তি উপলব্ধি করে, তখন সমাজে ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন আসতে বাধ্য। SALT পদ্ধতির ছোঁয়ায় কৃষ্ণচূড়া এখন এক নতুন সম্ভাবনার নাম।

At earlier, adolescent boys and girls did not talk to each other in the community of Pechakola because they had to undergo rigid restrictions of religion. Still, parents have the mentality to prohibit their daughters from speaking with other boys beyond family members, leading to societal issues. Through SALT, adolescents in the community, particularly girls, became self-motivated and realized that gender is not an issue for learning. If they work together, new possibilities will be created. For instance, during the 'knowledge fair,' the adolescent boys and girls sat together for the first time and individually shared their learnings and actions they had performed at the community. Seeing the actions' demonstration of the adolescents, their parents, and aged influential s of the community were amazed and acknowledged their devotions to the community greatly. They themselves learned from each other's actions, and those who attended outside also took home messages for actions in their communities.

Now, the members of Kisnochura Group are taking initiatives for sitting together in the evening at their convenience places/households' yards to prepare themselves in their studies where they excel to teach others. The adolescent boys planned on playing football/cricket in the nearby school's playground to reduce screen addiction and drug use.

This dream and trendsetter adolescent group, Kisnochura, is whistleblowing for impactful changes in the community where they effectively apply the SALT-CLCP approach. So, Kisnochura has been the grand ambassador of new possibilities for solving problems in their communities.
