Well, I’m ready to launch my new Pozitive Kidz are Succesful Kidz program for primary schools here in Melbourne, Australia.

The flyer is completed and the next step is to contact schools for an expression of interest, which I’ll do next week.

This 6 week program is designed for grade 5 and grade 6 students to help them become the best they can be in both their academic studies and their relationships with others. I use both Appreciative Intelligence and Kinaesthetic Intelligence concepts and activities.

It’s different from my other program Pozitive Kidz are happy kidz (which I’ve run for several years) because:

  • It’s a six week program
  • It focuses on success
  • The sessions are longer, which gives me more time to enable deeper learning
  • It’s designed only for grade 5 and grade 6 students
  • I run a maximum of three classes, which allows for more individual attention and learning

Over the years primary schools have successfully applied for and been granted funding for my extended programs, so hopefully this will happen for the Successful Kidz program.

One of my dreams is to make Pozitive Kidz an international program and I’m currently looking at ways of making this a possibility.

And to make this happen I need to be a Pozitive Kid. :)

Okay, Rituu. I'll share a story from a much earlier blog post (from my Chris Chi site) I did about my Pozitive Kidz are happy kidz workshop.

This is a great initiative Chris. Would you have any story to share from your earlier program?

A blog from Nduwayezu posted just after your blog narrates story of a school going girl in Rwanda. You might connect with it. I have done a google translation of this blog into English.
